I think what makes him different and that good, whereas other managers have more specific way of playing, Don Carlo doesn’t particularly have one style, one word for him would be adaptation The way he adapts his plan to his players , adapts to the evolution of the game itself, he’s the best for that !

People are quick to fob off Carlo. I am 30 this year. Been fully invested in football for 15+ years and hes been at thw very top the whole time. His Milan team were the first team i watched amd thought wow. To still be at the top with the change football has gone through saya it all. Easily in the top 5 managers of all time surely?
