Sooo proud of Yulo... it gives me chills every time, I watch his performance. And it made me think of my own performance in life, the kind of discipline and focus that he has from a young age. He worked so hard to reach this stage... look at his documentary. Although it is Nipongo, you can see his struggles and loneliness to be away from home at age of 16. What a beautiful soul! God bless him... and his coach!!!

Now these 3 commentators are the one I'm familiar of hearing, and it certainly gives me chills, just like them, that all 3 of them are stuck in amazement, specially Olympic Champion Tim Dagget himself, not to mention Olympic champ Nastia Liukin. What an awesome performance for Caloy, so proud of this youngster. As Tim said, the greatest floor exercise worker in the world. Also praising how the judges did a fantastic job in differentiating him from the rest. Love Tim and Nastia🇵🇭🙏😉❤☝️✌🏻🤟

@eyes0nyu4 жыл бұрын
Great for Yulo but this statement is not quite correct. Yes, there is corruption, but no, failure to support Gymnastics does not automatically mean corruption is involved. In every country, there will be discrepancies in resource distribution, because there are ventures that obviously pay off and some that don't. Harsh, but that's the most common work around for finite resources.

Carlos and just like MANY other world-class Filipino athletes, reach top caliber (even Manny Pacquiao) ONLY because foreign coaches invested time, effort, and money to train them in foreign lands! Kind of bitter-sweet coz we do have A LOT of great athletes in the Philippines, but their growth are stunted because of the LACK of local support... The only time they achieve greatness is if they train ABROAD (outside of our beloved poor corrupt country the Philippines)! Again kind of bitter-sweet! Love Carlos and his coach!🇵🇭❤️🇯🇵
