Teresa; I'm 73 years old and have CS's 1st 3 releases on vinyl. And he has not lost any of his creativity and prowess on the guitar. Unfortunately, I was in the service during his early tours and missed his performances in Pittsburgh, PA. However, my buddy told me about his performances, and he dug out a VCR tape and threw it in for a bunch of our friends, and we blazed and watched live performances with his TV hooked up to his Sansui quad system. Great shows and sounds, anyway, take care and be safe young lady✌️

The drums, percussion, horns, Carlos Santana’s incredible guitar, Rob and back up singers, bass, everything. (Great cha-cha dance song.) If you’re tired, this song will wake you right up. What a combination of raspy voice and pure gold flowing from Santana's guitar. I hear that when Santana plays in Southern California that the Latino crowd shows him the respect reserved for Quetzalcoatl by the Aztec. Love this song. Such good musicality and great lyrics. Back in the 70s I worked part time for the Cincinnati stage hands union. I was called to work a follow spot for a Santana concert. After a concert the musicians usually take off right away in a limo, and the stage hands have to pack up the equipment. Not with Santana. By the time we packed up the follow spots and made it to the stage, the band had already packed all the equipment in the trucks. Then they stayed and talked with us for a few minutes before heading out. A real class act!

I like his distinctive style but feel that Jimmy Hendrix holds the Best of all time (Hence why I said one of the best) I can appreciate that my view may not be shared. However, I hope that we can all agree that while different talents are likely to be more highly regarded than others, we all understand that none is truly worse than the other if they are actually good at what they do. (I.E. While I may think Carlos is one of the best, I can listen to your favorite guitarist and heartily agree that his music is amazing but then politely disagree based only on personal tastes)

You couldn't go anywhere for over a year without hearing this song and others from this album...truly Supernatural. A musical phenomenon.

I remember how popular this was when i was a kid. Every store was playing this and you would hear it all the time on the radio. So thankful I was born in ‘92.
