With all of the Warp Room's Air Chamber Crystals collected, it was time to face Crunch once again, this time with his last Elemental Mask, Lo-Lo.
Lo-Lo transforms Crunch into a gigantic, genie-like thunder god of destruction. He has nothing to do with the air or wind at all! You use Crash's biplane from Tornado Alley to fight Crunch, just like how Coco used her pink spaceship to fight N. Gin in Crash Bandicoot: Warped! Even both games' rewards are the same!
What you must do here is watch for which part of Air Crunch's body that Lo-Lo spins around, because that part of his body is where he'll use his next attack. As Crunch is using that very attack, Aku-Aku will come in and spin around that same part, showing you a weakspot to shoot at. Here's a list:
Left Hand (your right) = Crunch shoots a large lightning ball.
Head/Face = Crunch shoots a lot of smaller lightning balls at you.
Right Hand (your left) = Crunch shoots a concentrated beam of lightning at you.
Chest = Crunch unleashes a fiery blue rain upon you. Watch how he shoots them out to find an opening.
The Right Hand Lightning beam is his deadliest attack. It's hard to hit that hand while also dodging the beam, and worst of all, when Crunch is really, REALLY low on health (starting at 2.57), it'll be the only attack he uses on you. From there, just take your time and take off a sliver of his attack per beam attack to and you'll soon turn him into a giant piles of bones.
Crunch doesn't actually die from this, though. He survives, but he loses his final Elemental Mask as Lo-Lo is sealed away by your Air Chamber Crystals.
As a reward, you get a new-and-improved Fruit Bazooka. It handles a little bit easier compared to Crash 3's version. The only main difference is that you have to hold the L1 button to wield it instead of the L2 button, since that button's used for the Tip Toe. Since you still can't use this Power in the Warp Room, wait until I upload the next level video to see this in action.
Again, Coco can't use this Power, either. But then again, she could never use it in Crash 3, either.

So now Crunch is out of masks, unless you count Uka Uka, but he prefers to berate Cortex for every misstep than anything else. What will the 3 of them do again Crash, now?
Also, I've achieved 50% completion of this game at this point!
--------------
A funny thing I've always noticed about the elemental theme of this game is how it reminded me of the elemental themes of Brave Fencer Musashi & Musashi Samurai Legend, two games whose playlists I've already finished by this point.
Those two games, as well as this Crash game, have you find at least 4 major elements, and the Musashi games' first 4 elements are in the exact order as Wrath of Cortex's, here: Earth, Water, Fire, & Wind/Air. The Musashi games have you find these elements to help you, whether it be scrolls, swords, and/or girls that represent these elements. Meanwhile, this Crash game has you survive against the nature of these same elements in most of the stages that represent them, then take down the evil masks that bare these same elements against you.
The 5th element varies from there. BFM has Sky, MSL has the Void, but the last Warp Room chamber for WoC seems to be based on Space. Does Space even count as an element? Is it a part of the same spectrum that Sky and Void base themselves in?
shrugs Who knows?
