One thing I've noticed through watching your videos ( aside from the beauty of the neighborhoods) is the lack of side walks. Is this a thing everywhere, or just in certain areas?

Some areas do have side walks, but you are correct most of them don’t. I’m not too sure why, It might because some of these gated communities have side walk on the open parks.

sidewalk is not only conrete, can also be made of grass!

It's an Estate. So it's not common to find people walking. Sidewalks are in Suburbs where it's not a gate community and there are many public economic zones which means there'll be pedestrian traffic.
