How do I know it's Carmenere if the label says Cabernet Savignon ?

Hi rejean: Generally, if the label says Cabernet Sauvignon then the varietal contents are predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon. In most of the New World they go by a "rule of 75" which means that if the label states a grape type then at least 75% of the content needs to be that grape type. Reserva is not the best category of wines from a vineyard in Chile, it is the lowest category. I hope you can taste really premium or icon wines
