This video covers the construction of the shock tower covers. This took much longer than I thought it would, but in the end, they came out great. Completely overkill, but that is the way I roll. Enjoy!

Why not just tig weld it, once you have them figured out

@mikereaulo2359 - Hey Mike! While I considered welding these parts together, there were several reasons why I did not. Even if you are careful, it would be easy to warp the aluminum when welding. Also, I do not have that type of welder, or the skills (my son in law does, however). So I could of had him weld it, but I am trying to do everything myself. He did weld the woofer baffles, though. Several times while building the two parts, I pulled them apart, which I could not have done it they were welded. Again, it was more work to countersink and drill, but I am glad I did
