Hey moms!!!!! Do not get discouraged if ur baby does not reach Milestones on time, please!!!!! Do not compare them to others, my 8 month baby doesnt do all of these activities yet, but my older son whos 8 years old now didnt either as a baby, and we just discovered he s got a 140 pts iq and hes outstandingly intelligent. So.....do not worry, your baby will meet their Milestones when he or she does, period. The only thing we can control is how much time we spend with them and help them and love them and play with them. Just be present and let them know ur proud of them every step of the way. They will thrive with all that love ❤️.

I’ve been googling recently 8 month old baby pictures because I’m trying to see if my baby is chubby enough. I know my baby is on the simmer side because the dad is tall and slender. She’s very advanced for her age but every time I take her to other places people look at her and say she’s too skinny and needs to eat more. And I’m worried 😟

@@NIkki-ox1ej if the doctor doesn’t tell you she’s underweight , then she is just fine! If you’re concerned always refer to your doctor first ! And do your best not to compare your baby to others ❤. You posted a month ago, how’s your little one doing now ?

This baby seems like she is older than 8 months or at least near the end of 8 months old. She is adorable and so advanced but definitely didn’t just turn 8 months . I’m not trying to be negative, I’m just trying to give other parents some reassurance that this adorable baby is super advanced and is most likely nearing 9 months if she is 8 months.

Don’t get discouraged or rush your baby everyone is different these videos can discourage moms your doing a great job just because your baby doesn’t reach every milestone it doesn’t mean your doing something wrong my baby is nine months old and he was born a preemie he can’t crawl yet and the doctor said it’s ok because he’s not strong enough. My point is don’t stress enjoy ur baby

Hi, Your videos are really very helpful. My son is 8onths old now. He is not crawling yet. He was a happy baby but these days he keeps whining. Crying all the time and doesn't want to play with any thing.. he just wants me to pick him up all the time. I dont know what i did or doing wrong with him.. my pediatrician says it is normal but it gets overwhelming sometimes.. i feel like i am not playing with him enough.. you look so energetic around your kids and here i am waking up tired everyday with a splitting headache and sore body.. don't know whats wrong

My baby currently at 8 Months does all of these. I haven't been around any kids and involved with their growth Milestones ever before she was born so I don't know how good or slow she was reaching her milestones. I can now say she is doing fine. She always looks at me whenever someone wants to held her as if she asking me if she should go. She waves bye, she calls come come with her hand gesture, she points at 5-6 things she has come to know since 5th months like fan, our dog, the wall clock. She immediately dances when I sing. I engage with her just like these parents so yes I guess that is how it works.

I honestly think when you have a second child. They learn so much quicker from their older sibling! 🤷‍♀️ So as a new parent people don't know to do all these things to do with their first child. Hi, my baby just turn 8 month old a few days ago. He says a few words like mama, dada, all done and grandma since about 7 months old, started giving 5’s at a few months old, and claps since about 7 months old, sits on his own since 5ths old. He turns the switch from the light off but not on. My concern after watching this video is that he is not able to go from laying to sitting position on his own nor crawling and barely responds to his name. Does this mean that my baby has an issue? Should I seek medical advice? Any recommendations? Was your baby doing these things at just turning 8 months old or a few days/weeks after? Just curious. Thanks

My baby only says sthhhhhh. He also only lays on his stomach and kicks his feet. He refuses to even try and move. He just reaches for me to pick him up and throws his body where he wants to go. He also refuses to roll over. He'll only roll on his side to sleep. Hell be 8 months tomorrow ansleigh seems like she's so much more advanced.

Hey Vanessa! Our Ainsleigh girl was like that at 5 months, refusing to move/roll/etc and we had her evaluated for a developmental delay. She qualified for early intervention in two different areas, one being in gross motor since she wasn't moving or attempting to move. If you have concerns it never hurts to talk to your pediatrician about getting in contact with your local infant-toddler early intervention program. They really are AMAZING and provide more ideas for SO many skills that are just perfect for your baby individually! Sounds like you're already so mindful and thoughtful of your son - you're doing a great job Mama! Keep it up! ❤️

Thank you so much for your kind words Salma! We so appreciate it! As for the bum shuffle, to be honest, when Ainsleigh crawls, every once in a while she'll do that too! Just continue to drop that leg down and redirect into the proper crawling position. The leg will often pop back up but in the end, it's not going to effect their motor skills much, if at all! Your little guy may just be eager and more comfortable on the base of his feet! Sending you lots of hugs! 🤗
