My sister inlaw married into a Latino family here in Georgia. We were invited to a Mexican-style cookout with them a couple of weeks ago, first of the spring. I decided to bring some homemade salsa as our contribution, I decided to use one of your recipes, Arnie, and they absolutely loved it. The classic Salsa Verde you make with the roasted tomatillo and added a splash of tequila at the end. I think I just found the next recipe I'm bringing. Thanks, Arnie.

Abilene Tx had a place called La Popular, best Carne Guisada burritos I've ever eaten. I heard they got shutdown recently though. Growing up I would always eat there and get those burritos. As an adult I would go there with my mom on her lunch break and we would eat them in the parking lot. Good times. Excited to try your recipe!
