Hello can someone give me some advice on practising/playing left hand pizz

Not specifically lh pizz. But try to play your pieces and exercises pizzicato. Hold your violin like a banjo and pluck away. I came to the realisation I have no coordination and I can't play anything fast when I don't have my bow, I've got my fingers flying off the fingerboard, my right hand being so out of sync and slow. it's just something you rarely use for most pieces. Gotten so many Calluses too because my fingers are so weak from not practicing pizz.

Ouuu and chords are so easy to play and learn in the banjo position and it's helped a lot with my hand frame cuz Ive come to better understand how to play comfortably whenever I transition from my lap to my shoulder

For left hand pizz would recommend just experimenting and getting used to it. Learning how to really grip the string with ur left hand with different fingers, holding fingers down with left hand pizz etc. I personally even when bored in between breaks in rehearsal etc just mess around with it too.
