Just got back from a cruise on the Firenze and this by far was the worst ship I’ve ever been on from the anytime dinner table not being ready by 30 minutes even though the hub app said it was then my wife ordered a glass of water at a show and the glass was dirty and then we went to bingo and the screen showed the numbers highlighted before they were called so it looked like it was rigged then we went eat breakfast another day and I had to repeatedly ask the waiter for coffee and he would never come back then in the casino you have to be prepared to get ripped off I could go on and on but it would just take to long

Oh great! Just booked a cruise on this ship in May of 2025. Hope our experience isn't as bad as yours was.

My whole family is going for mom's bday in Nov. This is the cruise she wanted to do because she has done it before with just her our aunt and my dad. She loved it and she is a complainer. Trust me if she is unhappy she will let you know and come out with a free something. 🤣
