excellent vid! we just sailed Horizon in Sept 2023 and will be on her again in August of this year - have to say no matter how many times we went into Serenity it unfortunately was always full so opted to look in Havana where we had a little better luck sort of lol. also Sky ride seems to be closed most of the time due to wind conditions - which will probably often be the case with it being up that high so we didnt get to experience that either - was the same when we were on Vista a few years ago - kinda disappointing. but other than that loved the ship which is why we are sailing her again and bringing some friends for their first cruise!

Serenity was full most of my sailing also, I shot that video at port and was surprised how empty it was at that time. I was on the Horizon in November and already planning to sail the ship again, we loved it!

@@TravelwithJohnSpeight hadnt considered going there while in port - we've only done 7 cruises with Carnival but have increasingly felt like we might prefer to just stay on the ship while in port - especially for ports that we have been to multiple times - did u happen to notice what services were available at that time? i was under the impression not a lot might be open while most of the ship is empty during port stops

@@adjustableWench most cruises I typically will stay on at port just to have a little more of the ship to myself. Pretty much everything was business as usual. I know Guys Pig and Anchor(Lunch) and fresh creations were closed as they are only open on Sea days and some of the bars opened an hour later on the port days but not much else was different
