We thought so as well. I know some people were disappointed, but that is sometimes what happens on a new ship, plus is was New Years where a lot of people were using the internet.

The app not working for dining or events was the worst part, but the staff was so nice and tried to make the best of it. We know things happen, especially on the first few sailings.
