Thank you, and welcome! I appreciate the good wishes. He is doing very well at the moment! Can’t wait to see him in a few weeks! We’re going to do a few cooking videos together. 😀

Thanks for the years of trauma now looking back at how many sausage and ground beef tubes I have cut through in 37 years!!!! Seriously as someone that tries to be super safe especially being on cancer treatment I’d never considered it since we cook the meat but makes a lot of sense so thanks and at the same time yuck!

Right?!?! Once you think it, you can't unthink it! I'm sure, since it is cooked, any GERMS are killed. But still... Thanks for watching!

I would like to suggest getting an air fryer like a Z-star or a Ninja brand. Many of the influencers, just two of them off hand, like Ketogenic Woman or Old Guy Carnivore regularly use them and they offer discount codes. I use mine just about everyday and it keeps less grease off the stove and on my shirts 😊 I love making hamburgers and pork belly on mine.

Thank you for that tip! I have had my eye on a new air fryer. Bobby Parrish mentioned one in one of his recent videos that is stainless steel ( Teflon free!) I have used air fryers at VRBO’s and at my DIL’s house, and I do enjoy the experience. And yes, it saves your clothes! 😅

What brand of frying pan are you using? I love your videos. I actually just discovered your channel. Love that your ideas are quick and easy.

Thank you for those kind words! This KZbin channel is truly a passion project for me. My frying pans are JA Henckels that I got at Costco a while ago. Here is a link to similar pans: amzn.to/3AB3S62

For your Buffalo Chicken dip, do you mind responding with the weight of the cans of chicken? I don’t shop Costco, so I’m not sure of the quantity you are referring to. Thank you so much, really appreciate your content. Ps, I searched, and see 12.5 oz cans. Is that what you use? Oh and for the cream cheese, when you say one block, are you referring to a standard 8 oz. package or something supersized from Costco? Thanks again. 😊

You know what, Margie! That is a great question! The Costco sized can of chicken is 12.5 oz. It is bigger than the ones I see in the regular grocery stores. And the cream cheese is a standard 8 oz block. Luckily I had made BCD today and I fished the containers out of the trash to check! 😂 Thanks for watching! 👍🏼

I think I’m eating too much protein and not enough fat. How much protein should I eat? Do you know how I can figure this out?
@TheCarnivino2 күн бұрын
Hi, Sharon! And welcome! Yes, you should get one gram of protein per pound of lean body weight. Another way to look at it is one gram per pound of goal body weight. So that should give you a good target. In the carb manager app I have my protein goal set at 120 grams. (I currently weigh 130.) I can’t remember which KZbin video I learned that trick on. It was probably one of Kelley Hogan’s.

Do you drink wine? As a former wine lover, I had to give this up for health and being carnivore. Like that you had a get together with wonderful beef.

Hey, Suzanne! Thanks for asking. I do still occasionally drink wine. I have set boundaries around my wine drinking. I will only drink great wine! I will only drink it between the hours of 5-7 pm. And only when there is a plate of food in front of me. And no more than twice a week. In doing this, I am drinking less than 1/3 of the wine I used to drink. And still I am having good results on carnivore. I would Probably improve my results if i cut it out completely, but this is my choice at this time. I hope that helps! Thanks for watching!
