Ill make my story short and sweet. I’ve done keto mostly for the last seven years and I do lose weight. But when I go off and start eating regular food, I get it so quickly like double time. I went on carnovore April 2022 because I had gained weight after two vacations. But I went on carnivore because I wasn’t healing some issues that were plaguing me. I watch a lot of KZbin videos from Dr. Berry, Dr. chaffee Dr. Baker and others. But when you watch the transformation and you see what it is doing for people it is so wonderful. What going carnivore did to me was show me what was bothering me and here’s what happened. I had chronic diarrhea for over 20 years, I knew that some spices bothered me but I had to eliminate them altogether. I can only do salt through steak and butter go I found out that spices including pepper and fats, comprise, diarrhea, and carnivore. People say they get diarrhea on carnivore it did the opposite for me it actually healed my gut. The second problem was I was getting arthritis in my 50s and I’m now 64 in my hip was getting really bad. The pain has subsided and I’m healing and my inflammation has gone down. My third issue is asthma and had asthma my entire life. I was six weeks old when I had my first asthma attack. On keto I was eating cheese and I know I can’t because it gives me an asthma attack. I was using my inhaler three and four times a night with the weight gain and eating some cheese and I just wasn’t getting any rest. I quit everything all dairy almost and definitely the cheese and my inhaler use has gone down to zero. You are. .N=1 what that means is you are the study group you are the only participant. You need to see what you can do for you. Now Dr. Baker and Check he say you have to do this for at least 90 days. It’s so easy eating beef, chicken, bacon, and eggs. You don’t have any cravings you don’t have any insulin fluctuation you’re leptin and grehlin actually do their job and don’t get confused on what they’re supposed to be doing. eating carbohydrates are actually causing binging and cravings and as soon as you get them out of your life, your hunger will go down your cravings will go down and you will eat intuitively. Some say do intermittent fasting some say eat at a consistent time. I have done both and both worked just fine for me.

There is actually about 10 books out there on the Carnivore diet. The Carnivore diet by Shawn Baker, Carnivore Code by Paul Saladino, Carnivore Cure by Judy Cho, etc. These 3 and many other also have KZbin, podcasts, websites to get loads of information, interviews etc. Good video explaining the questions people have debunking what we've been told to make sure we get our fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, legumes and grains. Actually the Carnivore diet has been around for 3 million years. We ate primarily animals and very small if no plants at all prior to the agriculture era. That's when the issues started happening with people's health. Making original toxic plants into man-made hybrid veggies and fruits more tasty yet still not good for you. Grains, seed oils, etc in all these processed products that also have chemicals we would never consume that is not even food. Not to mention if the plants didn't have their own toxic substances we spray our food with pesticides. We would never sit down at dinner and spray Raid on our food before eating. Yet we think this is okay somehow? Actually common sense yet we throw that out the window and believe if it's in the store to buy it's food for us to eat? Do your research, listen to your body, and take control of yourself.

Thank you. Hard to cram everything in to 15-20 minutes. (I think it may have crept slightly over that anyway). Appreciate the comments. Yea fibre isn’t really needed imo, and definitely not essential.

My presentation at The Low Carb Road Show, Brisbane, May 2023. Apologies for the angle of the recording and the slightly off sound -the presentation wasn't recorded centrally at the conference, I had to record it manually the best I could. drsuresh.teachable.com/courses ‼Use code LCRS50 to get 50% off my Carnivore Guide until the end of May 2023!!‼

Keep spreading this truth. It’s the most common sense and appropriate diet for health and longevity but we’re up against decades of corrupted misinformation.

I refer to it as a LIFESTYLE and not a diet. I lost 24kg's within 6 months and have been at my goal weight since losing my weight. I eat ONE MEAL A DAY and mostly protein (Meat/eggs) and moderate fats and very little carbs. I treat myself to real chocolate once a week and have no problem maintaining my weight. I'm 1.71m and weight btw 53-55kgs.

Formerly " plant based, whole food " here. Went carnivore almost three years ago. HDL up, LDL and triglycerides down. Lost about 60 lbs. No longer obese, no longer pre-diabetic, no more high blood pressure and meds, no more chronic ibs, no more chronic back pain. At 54 I'm fitter, faster and " harder" than I was at 24😎 seriously, I'm like a horny teenager now.

After watching your video , I did a search on nightshades and inflammation . All the ones I read said that they reduce inflammation , but I have found the complete opposite effect on my RA.I have been using spices in my beef mince dish to make it more palatable but didn't realise til I watched your video that they are most likely the cause of my continued joint stiffness/discomfort after being carnivore for 6 mths. It seems to be difficult to find non plant based biased articles re this information other than Sally Norton's book on oxalates. Suresh, can you point me in the direction of information on the toxins in plants ,similar to the info in your presentation so that I may become even more aware of their "dangers" , I would be very grateful .

I don't think Carnivore is a miracle cure. I do think it is our common sense proper human diet. I'm 74, eating the Carnivore way for 15 months now. I have a list of 26 health concerns that have improved at least 90 percent. I love it! I'll never go back to eating those nasty plants!

I'm 74 also. Two and a half years ago I weighed 254. I went on keto for a year and half and lost 50 pounds. Then I went on carnivore 9 months ago and I've lost another 30 pounds. (My weight this morning was 174.) Also, my blood pressure is now within the normal range, I'm longer pre-diabetic, I have no more skin rashes, no more acid reflux, and no more sleep apnea. I'll never go back to plants or carbs either. I feel as good as I did in my 20's and 30's.

eat more fat. Sounds like you're eating way too lean. I just do beef cuts with high fat, eggs, butter and lard for cooking. Nothing else and it works well. Cheese, if you're using it, can cause you problems as well, especially since commercial cheese will often have oils or other things added, so you're not really carnivore by eating them. They put strange additives in a lot of things. If you have a farmer's market nearby, go there. They won't have highly processed anything. Also, if you're hungry on carnivore, just eat bigger portions. It isn't a restrictive diet like a lot of people seem to try to approach it as.

so after almost a year of hypercarnivore dieting im down 40lbs.. but the bloodwork i got back today says my triglycerides are 125 from 115... ldl is 202 from 150.. and cholesterol is 260 from 207 now...... ive mainly been eating beef, eggs, bacon, and sweet potatos.. like real animal products 0 processed food 0 soda 0 anything bad............ any idea why those numbers are going up higher than they were on my processed food diets vs my new whole food diet? Im basically having a panic attack because apparently i literally dont knowhow to eat... hiw is real food causing my numbers to be worse than all the pop and fast food last year. Sorry thank you.
