Ketchup and breading on chicken are not carnivore. Hope you get a chance to watch or listen to videos to discover a proper carnivore diet which will help you in your journey!

I’m a truck driver, in which you can’t always buy everything the way you want it . Eat or starve .as for ketchup I am allowing myself a small amount. But I have looks at the type of ketchup I’m using, it’s one of the cleanest to buy , and I do ask what brand a place uses or I use my own . As as I have mentioned in other comments, unless you are hunting all your food personally, the meat at a store like steak has dyes on it to make it appear fresh . So it’s not 100% clean either.
