I went low carb,/ low to no sugar. My first 2 weeks were hell. I felt sick. I had a headache. Stomach felt upset. The thought of food made me sick. Now I'm fine. Since May of this year I lost 30 pounds. I think that's slow progress, but it's progress. There are people that say a Keto eating plan is unsustainable for a long period of time. I'm finding it fairly easy, as I have not cheated in the 6 months I've been doing this. I don't have cravings for junk foods, or sweet foods. I've found zero net carb bread and tortillas (which I don't eat daily), so I get to enjoy sandwiches like tuna, and BLT's, and with the tortillas, I make wraps, and burritos. I think this is the best thing I did for myself. Glad your eating plan works for you. I guess people just have to keep trying, till they find what works❤ for them...❤❤

Greetings! Maybe your body is already adapted to burning fat instead of caebs. Try getting a no carb sweetner that you can use rather than brown sugar. Good for you! I've heard lots of good things about the carnivore diet. Love and blessings ♥️🙏

No experience but I wouldn't do the carnivore diet I just try to eat healthily ie lots of fruits and vegetables 💖
