Check your pre shredded cheeses friend, they contain loads of flours used as anticaking agents. Shred your own, it's cheaper, and healthier. They gotta keep the monsanto in your body some way.

The added spice is keto most likely. But yes, milk and hard cheeses are carnivore diet foods.
