Thanks boss hope you're doing well. As a child I used to get bored quite often. but these days now that I'm almost 50 boredom is something I simply don't struggle with. I have met people who have let me know that no matter what age they were they never ever actually got bored can you imagine that. Were you someone who never got bored when you were even a child? Hope you have a great day never get bored ;)

You didn't speak about eggs. I go through so many eggs. Cheep, filling, nutritious! 6-12 eggs in a day goes a long way. With that I add a steak (Lucky they have irregular cuts for cheep here) with goat cheese + can of sardine + some other meat depending on what is cheep at the moment in case i'm hungry some more otherwise some more eggs. Never seem to grow tired of it, plus I feel awsome!

Hugzilla, that is a really good point. I totally didn't mention eggs. What a massive miss! I don't eat everyday. but I enjoy them immensely. Actually because of your comment I think I need to incorporate eggs a bit more frequently in my diet. Because admittedly I just kind of forget about them sometimes. I have them in my fridge so I don’t really have any excuse. Not to mention as you said, they are delicious! They really are filling and relatively cheap in comparison to other foods. Even though prices continue to go up, eggs are still one of the most cost-effective nutritious foods that one can consume. thank you so much hugzilla I hope you're doing awesome and I'll catch you in the next video bye for now

I bought a few pork shoulder roasts this summer for $1.49 a pound, cut off a few steaks and cut the rest in pieces from around the bone, next time I'll cut the rest for homemade pork sausage.

I bought my very first pork shoulder roast recently. and slow roasted it in the oven at 210° F for 5 hours. and it turned out really good. In the future I want to do exactly what you're thinking of doing which is to make my own sausage. I am fascinated with food that can be made at home. the more we make things at home the more money we save. and if we can make things like our own sausage you know how amazing that is? Okay, rhetorical question, but seriously it is such a blessing to be able to cook our own food for ourselves from our own kitchen! and it really does save money. but you know what I think is even more important? We know exactly what's going into our food. There's no question there's no guessing we know what is in our food. and that is really really cool. I thank you for sharing your message and I hope you have an amazing day and until next time bye for now.

The obvious thing that you left out is eggs. In Britain you can get a dozen large eggs for about £2.70 I don't like bacon and eggs though, as for some reasonthat goes straight through me. Boiled eggs and a tin of sardines is okay for breakfast, packs in a lot of nutrition. I sometimes have half a dozen raw eggs whisked up for lunch at work, grosses other people out, lol.

I have to admit James I have never had raw eggs. though I've noticed the Japanese use raw eggs in their Cuisine quite often. so there's clearly something to it. I remember in a lot of movies that feature athletes especially boxers and stuff like that or weightlifters they're chugging down the raw eggs like crazy! The only time I go near raw eggs is at Christmas time. Eggnog in a glass is so tasty. and full of sugar! so, yeah, not my thing anymore really. but you are totally correct. I absolutely forgot and left out lovely, wonderful, incredible, eggs! bacon and eggs is actually not my favorite either. I can totally eat it. It does nothing to me in the sense of having some adverse effect. but bacon is just not my favorite. I enjoy many other meats. Ham is one of my favorites. but I will definitely be making another one of these videos because I left stuff out and you Along with others are helping me see that. So I thank you for leaving a message and I hope you have great success until next time. Bye for now.

We need more vegans to promote their ideology! Otherwise i can’t afford this diet.

Slipped Card, thank you for responding and sharing your thoughts. I genuinely appreciate discussion and differing opinions-I think it’s vital that we have open conversations so we can see all sides of an argument. I wouldn’t be the best representative for the vegan perspective since I strongly disagree with it, but from my point of view, I’ll be sharing my thoughts on the vegan diet in the future. That said, I also want to hear from those who disagree with me. I’m not perfect, and I don’t know everything, so hearing different perspectives is incredibly valuable. The Slipped Card, I hope you have an amazing day and that you find abundant blessings in your life. And until next time, bye for now.
