I just made these but added a little baking powder. I don't know if it needed it or not, but hands down the best keto pancake recipe I've ever tried! They were soooo good with my allulose pancake syrup and butter!! Made a batch and put it in the waffle maker too, deflated as to be expected but tasted nice also! Plus pancakes were beyond easy to make! Thanks Maria!!

Steak & Butter Gal used these same ingredients (with 6 eggs), but whipped the egg whites into stiff peaks with the gelatin, and mixed the collagen into the yolks before folding them into the egg whites. They made super fluffy, very yummy pancakes, but took a long time to make & cook. I'll try your method when we are looking for a quick breakfast or crepes! Thanks Maria & Kai!

I have been making your protein pancakes and really like them. I tried another person on KZbin that everyone said taste just like the real thing. Had to get more ingredients and NO. I made these for Sunday dinner last night lol, along with bacon and eggs. My husband said they were the best pancakes I’ve made (that were keto/carnivore). I used vanilla collagen from Great Lakes as that’s what I had, they came out very tasty. Glad to have options away from the almond/coconut flours. Thank you Maria, will be probably saving this for Sunday evenings as I don’t really want to make a “grand” meal on Sundays😅~~Mary❤

Wonder if you could use this for donuts, to sweeten things on strict carnivore I use glycine because it’s just an amino acid but when it’s dusted on something it has the taste and texture of granulated sugar….too much tastes like metal though! And it does not act like allulose when baking, it works great for icecream though
