I appreciate the awareness (Bobby has created) around the harmful ingredients present in many "food" products. However, my perspective is, why delve into complexities when simplicity offers us a treasure? To put it simply, I choose to focus on consuming meat, eggs, and natural products, which furnish all the nutrients essential for thriving. This approach, to me, is far more straightforward and beneficial than sifting through tens of thousands of multi-ingredient products, akin to searching for a needle in a haystack. These products often require extensive investigation due to their ever-changing compositions and, in my opinion, fall far short nutritionally compared to the wholesome benefits of what I consider the proper human diet.

I don't agree because I tried your diet and my platelets went up from 600 to 800 and my triglyceride went up 80 points so now 199. Also HDL went down. But my white blood cell went up double. So I asked if you could help me to lower the platelets but never replied. I am at lost ... The reason I disagree because carnivore doesn't work for everyone!!! 🙏

You have it right. BUT. I have to credit Bobby with letting me know that Aldi has $5.35/ lb grass fed organic hamburger. After I was paying over $9 at Costco for years. I go to Aldi twice a week to get Lamb burger and Beef burger now. BTW. Two years keto, 1 year carnivore. 54 yo male. Lost 45 lbs, cured pre diabetes, gerd, peripheral neuropathy, migraines, after lunch fatigue gone, severe joint pains gone, even toe fungus self cured on its own after 15 years.

So True my older sister and I are inseparable, she couldn't get over pneumonia, it took 6 weeks i tried to tell her the diet will repair your metabolic health so you can heal. She recovered thankfully and the next day had a fall and messed up her ankle and broke a toe. Obease, carrying around 100+ extra lbs she is on day 75 of this ankle issue. I told her its not going to magically fix itself. She will not take any advice. I tell her the Dr's only have the tools in their tool belt. Them tools aren't working they are just band-aids on a compound fracture in the scope of this. If she would only of put these 135 days toward repairing metabolic health as we know this is the ANSWER.

Yep! I tried with people I do care a lot. The results can be resumed into a largely "waste of time". 😞 Seeing them suffering, for no reason at all. Becomes even worse than before, when I had no clue about what we can do. I even told by best friend who is located on the other side of Europe. Little more than 3000 km away. How could I "guess" from that far away, that some of his blood work. Would have some of those specific values! I don't have a "crystal ball", yet I found it out from 3000 km away... A small almost ridiculous example of how frustration hit hard.

I think Bobby is a great person and his channel is well done. As a carnivore and even a ketovore, it is just not needed. For those stuck in the vicious calories in, calories out then maybe a good first step is going with "clean" eating, but I would encourage a fast track to full carnivore!!! Good job, Kerry! 🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩

I used to follow him before Carnivore. But I too got frustrated with the junk keto treats, at Costco, that were being approved. I would look over the ingredients and always put it back on the shelf. I knew the keto approved sugars and ingredients would make my RA flare. I had already cut out so much junk out of my diet once diagnosed with RA a few years ago. Pain decreased but never 100%. I finally decided to go Carnivore after watching tons of testimonials on Dr. Bakers channel. I put my RA in remission within 3 months. I have been Carnivore 10.5 months now. It really pains me though bc I not only like the taste, but I love the VARIETY of more than a few meats & eggs (and what if you don't like seafood or other meats?) In my case with auto-im., I need to stay off dairy due to dizzyness & balance issues that started last year + remove coffee, tea & alcohol, then all the foods with heavy Iectins-oxalates, then the ones you can't eat that have Parrish's disapproval for bad ingreds including sugars, so what foods do you even have left? This is why people want to hang on to anything they can *enjoy* .

@@violetfem1808 I buy organic whole milk and I boil it to kill bad bacteria. I buy Bulgarian yoghurt starter and Kefir starter I mix both and ferment the milk to yoghurt but I ferment it for 24h+ so the bacteria eats the sugar and lactose and those bacteria are very beneficial for gut health. It is bitter yoghurt but sugar and lactose are almost gone. I mix it half with water to make it as drink for my dinner. I am lactose intolerant but with that I have zero problems. It’s more like a life change .We love watching you and your family on your journey to health. I myself have been gluten-free for 10 years and still had problems with a lot of food. Now I understand why. My husband is at the point of being a diabetic. medicines is in the future with his sugars being high and having a lot of stomach issues. and unknown food allergies .We have decided to try the carnivore. I myself have Parkinson’s disease and I’m trying to slow down the process. We too have tried Bobby’s app and it was very difficult sorting out all the food that we could eat. My brother-in-law has been a carnivore for five months. We were kind of leery at first to try then we just decided to go for it. So We continue our journey to better health . thank you for all that you are doing and good luck with your documentary.

Interesting video. I found Bobby well into carnivore for his Cotsco product reviews. I learned right away I was not going to pick up much from it. Yes, Bobby puts in a lot of effort reviewing/investigating products, however he picks up a broad audiene (almost 5M subs) who have not looked at food in this way. He's meeting the majority of where they are. I heard Dr. Ede speaking last night on your greatemental health cast. I see it as a stepping stone to nutritional education. Just like someone progressing from Whole food to Low Carb, Low Carb to Keto, Keto to Ketovore, Ketovore to Carnivore, Carnivore to Lion. Even if a fraction of his audience goes from his information to Whole food and so on, it's a win for humanity. Did you see his collaboration with Dr. Berg? He's beginning to bridge his audience.

Right- Like I said I think its great Bobby us spreading awareness to all the horrible ingredients but my point is why overcomplicate it and try to find a fleck of gold in a gold pan when we have a huge nugget of gold right in front of us. in other words I prefer to eat meat, eggs, natural products which provide me with EVERYTHING I need to thrive.. VS trying to decipher 60,000 products for a needle in a haystack for multi-ingredient products that take a huge investigation to uncover and are every changing and pale in comparison to the nutrition I get by eating the proper human diet.

Thank you Kerry! I am sick of being sick and tired of having all these choices when I'm already over-addicted to the crud they sell. My mom is going through severe dementia symptoms and she is re-addicted because while going through chemo and radiation and ongoing infusions for aftercare after putting her stage 4 lung cancer in remission from what I believe having had her on an extreme keto diet where she chose to eat mostly eggs. Getting sick and going to the doctor for help shouldn't have people eating the stuff that made them sick to start with yet it does! I don't have time to read the many labels of all these ingredients most of them hidden behind names like Natural Flavors or Flavorings as is approved by the FDA and it's too many selections as though the stores are just designed to confuse you into making poor food choices out of frustration. KERRY I messaged you through your website about Jill from Whispering Willow Farms. Her recent video she talks about getting pregnant after going carnivore when in the 10 years she's been with her husband they have always had difficulties getting or staying pregnant and because she grows food she chose to be mostly plant based for years and got sick and a holistic doctor helped get her going carnivore. I went down this road of trying to be a food detective and counting macros and running calculations, and trying to justify eating weird processed foods and the road lead me to failure. I want other people to avoid that road. At the very least can we agree that mining through 1000's of products in a store of 60,000 to find a handful that are safe to eat is kind of a crazy world we live in? And all that could be avoided by simply eating natural.

So I started eating his recommended diet. That led to my family ditching the big-ass salads and going full-on Carnivore around 9 months ago. I have NEVER gotten any kind of tests to see how strangers think I'm doing. Only myself assessing how I feel and also looking in a mirror. And we have never been healthier. So my take on this is, I couldn't care less about my cholesterol levels.

I've been watching your videos for a while now, because I am staggeringly impressed by you, and I just have to say I love the new intros and outros where you go "beep" It's my new favorite, my absolute favorite! BTW, whatever happened to the guy in Alaska, who got thousands of donated dollars, that you wanted to make a documentary on? Did he bail? Just wondering, cuz I was looking forward to watching the doc.....😊 Much respect, from Canada!🇨🇦

Keery, love your passion and conrent. However, i disagree with you as far as Bobby. Like a wise man once said " dont let the perfect be the ememy of good. Not everyone sees the light . You have and God bless you. May you spread the light for others for at least 100 years . Bobby is teaching many mant many souls out there who are still somewhat in the dark and highly addicted. Fair enough. Like I said, I appreciate that Bobby is opening the eyes for so many people to show them that there’s so many bad ingredients in our food. What I don’t agree with, and the truth matters is that people are searching for a needle in a haystack, when the answer is right there in front of them. I wasted so much of my life, searching for a needle in a haystack, while suffering from all sorts of health issues when the proper nutrition was right in front of me. My over arching messages that it is kind of ridiculous how overcomplicated humans have made things with 60,000 products in a grocery store many of which have 20 or 30 ingredients within them. Meanwhile, the nutrition we can all be found in beef butter bacon eggs

Way to go, brother!! Yeah, I downloaded the seed oil app and there were only 2 places that were approved to eat within 40 miles of me and I live near Seattle!! 🤣 I eat meat. Done. If I go out, my favorite places grill for me and place it on a plate. I bring Maldon flake salt and that’s it. I started my carnivore journey on 1/1/24 and am posting daily! It’s great to look back and see my progress. All the best to you, brother!! 👍🏼 Congrats on your journey!!

Hey dude, i love the video, its probably your first ive ever watched. The only flaw in the logic here is: You assume the meat your buying isnt pumped full of all thise chemicals, the grain those cows were fed was full of pesticides, the meat treated afterwards ro stay fresher longer, be more red and appealing on the grocery store shelf.... I agree with everything you're saying, i believe in carnivore style diets. But dont be fooled into thinking you're avoiding any agriculture chemicals unless you raised the livestock yourself

I haven't got to my goals yet, and I never have downloaded Bobby's app because like you, I thought how complicated it was. I did like his way of sharing the ingredients in a product and what to watch for because I know ppl that are not keto/carnivore and the education is great to get them to start reading the ingredients of what we should not be consuming then perhaps with " baby steps" they may make the change to a proper human diet, as this is what is happening with my family. Their eyes have to be opened to what is in those other foods before they can see the need to change, and they see the cost of buying foods in the middle isles as compared to just buying nutritious food BBBE. It takes them awhile to read the ingredients and they don't like spending that much time grocery shopping as it wears them down, soon they say okay, I just want to go home and relax let's just get some steaks tonight, then it becomes easier and becomes a habit and soon becomes the normal. But if they chose to eat something they crave they are alerted to the good, bad and the ugly! And the results or benefits of their choices. Also I love Bobby's daughter Rose, she is a sweet heart!

We have been lied to by people who only want to make money and control others. When you become tired of your life and have hit a wall, you have two choices. Either continue to follow others or do your own due diligence and realize that life is not complicated. You can choose to consume the complicated ingredients that have no health benefits and make your organic body sick. Or you can choose an uncomplicated diet of Beef, Butter, Bacon, and Eggs (BBBE), Heal your gut, lower your blood sugar, and take control of your life. I am new to enjoying a carnivore lifestyle but have already seen the benefits of healing my body. Thank you for all you do.

You are one of my fave YTubers recuse you are so enthusiastic about what you are creating! You are a world-changer! I felt so bad for Bobby because I'd never heard of him before. My heart went out to him because he had spent SO much of his recent life fulfilling a higher purpose to help others survive better. I guess it was how hard your strong personality seemed to be coming down on him FIRST before your qualifying remarks were spoken. I would have admired the guy for pioneering in his bold desire to "out" the craziness of the SAD in the US especially. As in all YTubers, headlines need extra energy to grab the attention of your audience. Sadly, it grabbed mine because it felt defamatory, which made me feel sad for Bobby. "Any advertising is better than no advertising" is common to use in competition for attention to our product over another's. but as a very old lady carnivore and ex-entrepreneur, I hope you remain as the exceedingly generous & compassionate creator on the world stage for years to come! How? First, build up those who compete for attention, then explain why your ideas are simpler and better. (Eph. 4:29) One headline advantage may be lost in so doing but using kind headlines will be felt by the hearts of your followers, I do believe.❤️

My favorite quote is from doctor Bright: "Carbs are entertainment, not Nutrition" And its true if you look at the 'entertainment' aspect that (processed) plants give us: Poppy plants gives us Heroin, The coca bush and leaves give us Cocain. The Coffeeplant gives us Coffee. The Tobaccoplant gives us cigarettes. Grains (plants) give us wheat for the cakes and cookies. Sugarcane or sugarbeet plants gives us sugar. Barley (plants) gives us beer. Fermented grains (plants) give us hard liquor. Wine comes from grape vining plants. The mixture extracted from poppy plants contains morphine as well as other substances like codeine (a weak opioid painkiller) and thebaine. All of these plants are either addictive or harmful for the body. And many more I did not mention like the natural chemical made by plants found in fruits and vegetables (Oxalates, Salicylates) and help protect plants againts disease and insects. Do you see now??? Plants are trying to kill us

We carnivores have to understand that eating full carnivore is not healthy or necessary for everyone which Dr Shawn Baker spoke on several times already. We overlook that part. Just like eating fruit and vegetables isn’t healthy for a lot of people. Eating whole foods in their whole form is the best way to go for the great majority of people. I understand that some people can not handle certain foods like gluten, and certain fruits and vegetables. You have to find and figure out what works best for you the person. I’m animal based with my way of eating that way works best for me. Everyone is different.

Although I totally understand strict carnivore works great for a lot of people, some people do like their food variety done logically. My wife doing a whole food plant-based diet, "no crap" is doing fantasticly on it. All her psoriatic arthritis symptoms along with the patches have gone away over the last couple of years. Otesla made her sick as a dog.🤢 The opposite story of what would be told in the carnivore community.🙄 Plants are poison.🤔🙄 Heck, she has 32 oz of celery juice a day and no one will ever tell me that it doesn't help because it does.😳 A lot!🤯 I myself do carnivore until I drop off and am normal weight. The carnivore lifestyle helps my lyme disease which I've had for years, that's why I do it! I bloat eating my wife's diet my wife doesn't at all?🤯 I'll tell you what, I'd much rather eat what my wife eats day to day than what I need to eat day-to-day. I mean not to have a piece of watermelon for the rest of my life? I guess if you have to medically of course like type 1 diabetes, but otherwise ?🙄 Having a nice nectarine in the middle of the summer. 🥳 I mean who cares if it wasn't available 10,000 years ago somewhere that I wouldn't have been? Let me live till 75 eating a variety of so called fruits and vegetables in my life without side effects like my wife than living to 85 only eating meat, eggs and such! You can find dozens and dozens of Whole Food plant-based people that have the same exact stories as the carnivore people. And yes, that confuses the heck out of me If plants are poisonous! And there's a big difference from Whole Food plant-based than vegan which can mean mostly any crap!🤔😇

Like I said in the first 15 seconds of the video Im happy he is opening eyes to the dangerous ingredients within our "foods". I just think its crazy we live in a world where we have to search for a needle in haystack of 60,000 products each with a multitude of dangerous ingredients.. just eat the natural ones, repeat, thrive. I went down this road of trying to be a food detective and counting macros and running calculations, and trying to justify eating weird processed foods and the road lead me to failure, years of depression, inflammation, IBS, Brain fog and more. I want other people to avoid that road. At the very least can we agree that mining through 100's of products in a store of 60,000 to find a handful that are safe to eat is kind of a crazy world we live in? And all that could be avoided by simply eating natural.

I agree with you wholeheartedly, Kerry, but people who have been convinced that 1) calories are calories, 2) it is all about portion control, 3) you can eat whatever you want as long as you exercise, 4) meat is bad for health & the environment because x,y,z... by the corporations that profit off these fallacies generally do not believe that going full carnivore is the proper human diet. I have had clients literally chastise me for being carnivore, telling me how wrong I am- when I have the degree and am a PhD candidate- and prefer to "eat healthier" the way they learned to back in the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 00s. It becomes a mind game with them where baby steps are necessary to get them on the other side of the fence. But, I do want to say that a newer "food pyramid" is in development reducing total grain servings. This means the top of the top people in industry and government know carbohydrates are to blame for metabolic syndrome and are trying to figure out ways to get ahead of the curve without losing profits. In other words, if Bob sold billions of squirrel-activated laser torches for tree trimming but children were getting hurt, Bob would have to make sure the torch had a "child detection safety feature" on each one sold, then blame the parents if children continued to get hurt. That way, Bob is not culpable for any harm or death his product causes. Then, if things get dicey, the squirrels take the fall.

I truly appreciate your efforts to teach and make us aware of the proper human diet, unfortunately many people will not try keto or carnivore no matter what. They’ve been brainwashed for so long to eat in certain way and will not be willing to change. Also, they don’t have the time to watch YT videos or do their own research, in fact many consider YT videos a joke or some conspiracy theory when it comes to diet or lifestyle changes. They believe their ways and their doctors strongly. I used to post a lot of these videos on FB to try to make others aware, but guess what? Nobody would watch them, if I got one “like” that was it and that was from my husband so I stopped. When I see what some kids or adults eat my stomach turns. My nephew who is in his thirties just found out he has diabetes T2 taking Ozempic. Both him and his wife who is a doctor eat crappy foods without thinking anything of it. Sad. Our health insurance costs will skyrocket if nothing is done. So that said, I appreciate your and Bobby’s effort to at least make us aware of all the bad ingredients in those processed foods that everybody loves so much. Keep spreading the word👍

One can wonder: If the outcome of Bobby's broadcasts bring people to despair and feeling totally overwhelmed and defeated by the impossibly huge task of finding edible food, so that they conclude it's all bad so they might as well just eat what they want "within reason" - back to the basic SAD -- then one can wonder if the plant industry isn't happy with him. Or even more than happy.
