Kerry & Jen, please re- look at the food pyramid. The food pyramid IS an economic manipulative food pyramid. This is the rulers true thinking (I beleive) behind their food pyramid that they push: The poor are forced to eat at the bottom of the food pyramid (heavy carbs breads & junk food which is cheap), Farm subsidies are give on the junk food to keep the price down to keep the poor/lower income citizens eating this poisonous food so they never get out of this economic bracket and move up the food chain to good health. middle class gets to eat a little better (small amount of meat, veggies to keep them a little more healthy) the Wealthy get to eat at the top of the food pyramid (eat meat, and good fat to stay fit and in perfect health). DO YOU See how the evil doers & rulers manipulate the food pyramid? Why do they have this food pyramid? To keep eveyrone in their economic class. To keep the labor cheap. If citizens are sick in the lower class and the middle class a little healthier then citizens will just stay in their jobs, stay blinded to the truth that we are being manipulated via diet. Manipulated to just move throughtout life like a robot. Never breaking free from their system to have clear thoughts and be FREE from the brain . Washing that we get from tv, newspaper, radio, internet etc. Obviously, those that are lower income eat more processed junk food because its CHEAP. But as we know its full of bad ingredients to keep anyone that eats it sick, overweight and exhausted. This keeps those in this economic bracket in the low paying jobs so the rich can make more money off of cheap labor. The Middle class is the tax income bracket work horse for the US. They provide the bulk of the tax money to keep the fat cats in office rich and their puppet masters rich rules of the world. They allow the middle class to eat a little better because they do need the middle class to stay somewhat healthy to keep the tax money coming in. With the rich they know that in order to stay healthy and enjoy life they must eat healthy. They have the money to pay out of pocket for a good knowledgeable doctor out of the insurance scam system to get good info about a clean diet keeps you health on the reality that diet is the key to good health. See their thinking on the food pyramid. Its ALL based on keep people in their economic bracket. Its a SYSTEM TO CONTROL ALL THE CITIZENS and keep them in their economic bracket to keep the rich, rich.

Hi Jenn you look great! I have the opposite situation. How do I gain weight and muscle on Keto/Carnivore? I'm an older woman, underweight with idiopathic (no Diabetes) neuropathic pain willing to try Keto. I've already eliminated sugar, gluten, grains, and beans, but I am afraid of losing weight...Ty
@brandonalan6115

@@Sconzette Carnivore is a weight optimization diet, not weight loss. There are plenty of examples on youtube of people who were very underweight (even anorexic) and gained to now healthy weights. You are not going to lose muscle/bone mass by eating more protein. Carnivore + adding in some body weight exercises or small weights if you want will put on muscle faster than you can believe.

Great project Kerry, but as regards carnivore, our Australian aborigines ate meat primarily, but also yams, seeds made into a flour and also wild honey whenever it was found. They were slim, super fit, could run for miles with no effort and had perfect teeth. They also had wild peaches in various areas for a month or two each year. That’s a lot more than a handful of berries once a year.

I joined the carnivore tribe 70 days ago after seeing your video about overcoming depression and hopelessness. I have struggled with depression, anxiety and hopelessness my entire adult life (I am a 34-year-old male). In 70 days, I have gotten off my meds and feel better mentally and physically then I ever have. I have lost 25LBS, cured my chronic back pain, chronic hemorrhoids, lack of energy and many other minor ailments. I too wish I had discovered this WOE and its benefits years ago. Jen, it is amazing to see your progress and see someone else experiencing these amazing benefits with me. Kerry, I can't say thank you enough for giving me hope when I had none and inspiring me to try one more time.

Oh no Jenn, I'm 10 seconds in and crying. I may have to watch this one later. I had my daughter at 40! She sort of broke me and I've been sick all of her life. She turned 17 in March. She is homescholled, so I have had time with her yes, but when I think of ALL the things we didn't do, mostly because of my health, which also caused financial strain. Being DISabled left me UNable to work. I completely u derstand. I'm 57 now and if only someone, ANY one, ANY one of the Freaking doctors I saw, had told me to go carnivore...😭😭😭the years I lost that I will never get back😢 I'm pissed, sad, motivated, determined, focused, and pissed. Did I mention angry? Not 1 person or doctor, and there's been a lot of them, suggested or told me about carnivore, elimination, lion diet, etc. But I was offered lots of pills and some physical therapy!!

I am teary reading your story. Much of it is mine, too. I got broken after my last child at age 43. I had pain all over and the dr. said it was fibromyalgia. Then, 1 1/2 years later, I had to go on prednisone because of severe allergies and that damn stuff nearly killed me. I got what seems to be an infection in my stomach after getting off that stuff, but the doctors never really figured it out. My stomach burned like hell and I had explosive diarrhea every morning for a year, plus burning pain in most of my body, until a GI doctor gave me amitriptyline, and finally calmed it down. I lost 60 lbs. I’ve never been the same since then. I still have all over pain, and idiopathic neuropathies. I have missed out on so much in my 6 kids lives, though I did homeschool 5 of them, too, missed out on the fun stuff. I missed 2 of their college graduations, and my daughter’s Boot Camp graduation, plus so much more. I was an absent parent, and wife, at most functions. I still am. I’ve lost all of my friends and basically have no life. I’m so disabled that I sleep on the couch because I can’t get up the stairs. I began the Carnivore diet almost almost 4 months ago, for healing and weight loss, but I have only lost 7 pounds. I’m carrying a whole lot of water weight in my legs, making it very painful to walk, on top of that, I have arthritis in my knees. This diet hasn’t been the easy journey that it seems most people have. Right off the bat, day number four I got horribly painful diarrhea. I think I have the oxalate dumping problem, that most floss over. I’ve been trying to figure out that. But, nothing has gotten better. In fact most of my problems seem to have gotten worse. I have more pain than I did before, which means a lot of pain! I had been on prednisone and was down to 4 mg, so after a couple weeks on the diet I just decided to stop taking it, as I didn’t think it was helping me at all anyway. But now I’m in such pain that I can’t do what I could 3 months ago. After doing some research, I think I may have adrenal fatigue. So, I’m gonna need to go back on the prednisone at least for a while.I hate the stuff, but I don’t know what else to do because this is not working for me. I felt like it was my last ditch effort to get healthy again, but it doesn’t seem like that’s going to happen for me.Thanks for listening to my sob story. I hope things go better for you. Just keep that oxalate thing in mind if things don’t seem to be going well. Elliot on EO Nutrition has some good info on it.

Jen, I felt exactly the same. My children are all grown up now. When they were young, I was always tired, always depressed, and NEVER wanted to take them outside to play. Just dragging myself out of bed in the morning took a Herculean effort. I have now been on Carnivore for over 20 months. When I see how much energy I have, how I can just bound out of bed in the morning, how I can climb stairs with no problem, how I can sprint (part of the way) to the bus stop with a heavy backpack, I feel so guilty about how much my children missed out on. I also believed the lies and all I thought was wrong with sugar was that if you had too much it might make you gain weight, and that you needed to brush your teeth after eating it or chew some sugarless gum. I didn't know anything about glycation or inflammation, or how it was affecting my brain. I am so glad that you and Kerry are out there spreading the message. I have had at least 40 issues resolve on Carnivore. It is absolutely amazing! Right now, I am reading "My People the Sioux" by Luther Standing Bear. One line reads, "At that time we knew nothing of coffee or bread. Our entire fare consisted of meat and soup." He described how they made the soup. Not a vegetable to be found, just meat, water, and salt! I am simultaneously reading Lierre Keith's "The Vegetarian Myth". It is really fascinating reading. I have also downloaded some information about the San peoples of South Africa. Apparently, they use an age-old technique called "the persistence hunt". There is a video showing it called, "The Intense 8 Hour Hunt | Attenborough Life of Mammals | BBC Earth". I have NEVER seen anything like it. I didn't know such a thing was possible. Anyway, you should be proud of what you are accomplishing now. Unfortunately, we cannot turn the clock back and redo things, but you are a great example to your children now and the best bit is that they will be able to have you around for a long time. My mother died before I knew about Carnivore. She would have done it in a second! Be glad that you and Kerry are now doing all you can to be able to be around for your children. Wishing your family all the best!

This is my 2nd time doing carnivore since January of this year. The first try, I went all in and had meat aversion, egg aversion, weakness(I was doing electrolytes and water) and just felt horrible so I stopped after a few weeks even though I knew it is the best way to eat. After a few months… and gaining 10 lbs🤦🏼‍♀️… I started again 9 days ago. I’ve lost 7lbs and 12-1/2” in a little over a week!! I realize this is probably water weight but I feel so much better this time because I eased into it, eliminating all sugar, carbs and seed oils. If I started feeling “off” I added a few veggies to my meal and decided to wean off slowly to avoid oxalate dumping. I’m doing OMAD and incorporating PSMF 1-2 days per week. So far it’s working for me and I feel great after the first week! I have lots of energy, I’m in a great mood and my skin is starting to get that glow:) Sorry this is so long but thought it might help someone. Thank you so much Kerry and Jen!! I've been a carnivore for two years. While I would like to lose more weight, I don't want to lose it too fast. OMAD was hard for me because I would get comatose after eating a huge bolus of food. It really messed with my ability to function. I switched to eating fat in the morning (butter and or sour cream), and maybe a snack of meat mid morning. Often I'll not eat lunch until later in the afternoon which is usually a steak (I am fortunate to be a facilities manager and barbeque steak at work behind my facility. I purchased a used Weber BBQ the week after I went carnivore in 2022, so that I could cook meat at lunch. But, sometimes I'll cook two in the evenings at home and bag one for lunch the next day. I like cold (room temp) salted steak as a lunch too). Anyway, my point is, don't be so worried about how often you eat. Just eat the way you feel the best. Eating smaller amounts of food more often helps me have great energy all day and no more comatose sleepiness. I also sleep awesome at night. I still get fasting from 12 to 18 hours, sometimes more, sometimes less. It's not so important to eat like a robot. Just eat for health. Since becoming absolutely strict about my diet, I started losing weight at a nice pace, slowly. I am ketogenic everyday and all day. I eat dairy such as sour cream, butter, and kefir (whole milk kefir no additives). I eat salted meat, usually ribeye or New York. Sometimes chuck. Occasionally chicken. Lots of bacon. The one added food recently that I eat, based on Sean OMara and his diet, is fermented beets and cabbage. But these are a garnish, maybe a couple tablespoons either with a meal, or as a small snack. Kefir and fermented foods are rich in probiotic microbes. I noticed a better outcome that seems beneficial, but, I don't consume a lot of these as they are just sides to my diet. I still drink coffee with lots of butter and usually just eat the stick of butter while sipping a hot freshly pressed coffee in the morning at work. Otherwise I drink plain water. I take electrolytes occasionally, but not frequently. At 62 I am feeling pretty great to be honest.

I'm now 40. Prior to Carnivore, I was strictly vegetarian for 13 months and had eaten very little animal product for quite some time prior. During that time, I was having bloodwork done every 8-10 weeks. Every time I was told to incorporate more oatmeal and eat less red meat. (I obviously had zero meat and was eating two servings of oatmeal every single morning) I felt awful, had gained weight, and my bloodwork got so bad that I was put on multiple medications. After 13 months I took myself off the medication and searched for a better way. I found you and Ken Berry. I decided to give Carnivore a shot on September 11, 2023. The first 60 days I lost 30 pounds. I am now at around 159 pounds, which is roughly 56 pounds less than September. I feel better emotionally, have more energy, and less brain fog. All body pain is significantly lower. I've only been doing this for 8 months but the improvements are significant, even though I have purposely not added exercise due to wanting to see what results could be achieved by diet, alone. Guys, I think you're on to something. Anyone on-the-fence about this "diet" should give it a shot. Just give it 60 days and see how you feel.

I am 64 years old, I started carnivore Jan. 1st. What I don't understand is those wanting to go back. i feel better, my sugar is not normal without insulin. I tell folks this is the most satisfying way to eat. i have tried all kinds of diets this is by far the easiest. i recommend it to everyone. i am sure I have added years to my life.

Great video! We all think we wish we knew this way of life a while ago. I learned about this from "March of 2020 " with intermittent fasting , keto then carnivore. I went down the rabbit hole on food since then but before that for 20 years I knew about Nourishing Traditions (Cookbook) and Ancestral way of eating thankfully, so I cooked from scratch and hardly boought pricessed. I bought in about oh we need our grains, cereals, oatmeal, and salads too. I bought as much as I could in organic but they are "still" carbs, cereal, grains, and sugar. I got teary-eyed thinking about all the recipes , complicated recipes, and making extra dirty dishes that could've been more simple and energy for my young boys. I am thankful that they know about the medical propaganda, pesticides, and prioritizing meat and fat over everything else. So from this time forward we know and do better. Jen & Kerry at my age in 50's , we can have energy to do family things ad be there for our future grandchildren too. That is something to smile about and be encouraged about.

Kerry & Jen - "Ribeye Ranger" here 🙂 Your new-found synergistic power is forged in good times and bad, joy, pain, poor health, fear resilience, recovery and courage! You are leading by example, practicing what you preach, and guiding others to a better tomorrow! 321 days ago I was lead to Kerry's "I only ate meat for 30 days..." video. I will be forever grateful that Kerry felt compelled to share his recovery so publicly. I'm 66 years old, down 50 lbs., and finally feel as good as I did in the police academy back in 1982! I went from a 36" waist to 32". My testosterone went from 438 before Carnivore to 665 just last month. Forever grateful, Jim T. Liberty Hill, TX.

I literally got off the phone with my brother and I told him I'm trying to do carnivore. Out of nine children there's eight of us with cancer. Two brothers have passed away with cancer. He told me I have to make sure I eat my veggies for nutrition meat isn't enough. I told him I want to try this way of life so I might stay in remission. I'll wait for my next blood work to see how I'm doing. I realize he is concerned because he never heard of carnivore and he loves his 'baby' sister.

I cried with you, Jen. I have the same regrets and guile! I wasted my 20's-40's being overweight and tired all of the time. I could have been full of energy and a fun mom for my kids (who are adults now) if I had not believed lies told to me by the food industry and my government's food pyramid. Moms always carry guilt, and I'm no exception. However, this also makes me SO ANGRY because it was so unnecessary. I agree with Dr. Chaffee when he laments about the people like Kellogg, etc, not being around anymore so they can be tried for their crimes against humanity. However, people are STILL pushing complete lies about what is good for us. It's no wonder people stay confused, fat and unhealthy...something needs to be done to hold people (food industry, our government overseeing the food industry, and so many more!) accountable for what they are doing to us. It's an outrageous abomination to even see commercials about statins, or about Special K cereal....man, I could go on forever! Jen, I'm so happy you have joined Kerry. It will make for a much happier marriage (not saying your marriage was not happy already). How I wish more people would wake up, like NOW!

Hello from australia, i found i had to comment after starting to watching your vlog. I have been on this carnivore journey for 4 months now and at 65 years i now have boundless energy, aches and pains of many years gone completely, T2 diabetes/high BP gone, mind clear, body completely changing and yes many regrets even now of the things i could never do with my small children ,too large to bend, squat, kneel, run, keep up. But now from this carnivore miracle i have a second chance to do over, with my grandchildren i can bend, squat, kneel, run, keep up and climb into the fort at the playground lol. I spent awhile looking back and regretting and lamenting what never could be but the first time i ran around that playground with my cherubs i started to look forward to the future, im going to be a terrific grandma ,always energetic, busy and my mind in happy mode. Your kids will love you no matter what you did or didnt do with them, mine do but oh boy my grandkids are going to get a run for their money lol. Make your future the best, good luck!❤

I am 64, my grandfather would be 120 years old. My Mom was the youngest of 8 kids and she is 88 years old. Granddad had a farm and as the youngest she churned their butter, her chore. Granddaddy Liner had cows, chicken, pigs sheep, a huge garden, smoke house, root seller and they produced all their food. He was a smart man. He invested in land, commercial buildings in town to rent, and a ton of silver 1 oz liberty coins. He always said wealth is in what you own, hold, produce, and grow/raise. Americans better learn this lesson now. Beef, chicken, eggs, butter were the main staples. Grandma ground her flour and I have her bread bowl and roller, food was real then with no chemicals. I know this to be true and got to live their lifestyle and learn true health and financial worth.

My regret is that I never realized that my diet was actually a health food diet. I think I may have lost my dad too early because he never tried my diet and stuck to his whole grains and veggies. My mom suffered cancer, arthritis, cateracts, and digestive issues and may not have had to suffer any of that if she would have eaten the carnivore diet. If only I had the carnivore community back in 1998 when I first started using the internet, or even back when I posted my first KZbin video in 2007.

It's also good, though, to self reflect and acknowledge their mistakes. I fear that if we don't do that, we're not fully feeling the impact of our choices. Plus, it's so good for perspective, as in where people are struggling now is where we once were. But they are truly overcomers, and as you have said, there is much grace and health to be realized in forgiving ourselves.

Thank you both for the time and energy you put into this. I have learned so much. I started carnivore/ketovore almost a year ago. I have not had any processed foods/sugar since June 2023. I have still struggled with letting go of the vegetables (not so much fruit). As a Christian, I keep telling myself that they ate fruit (not sure about veggies) in the Bible. I feel like I should be fine with them from the local growers. However, I continue to forget that they are not the same as they were way back then. I forget about the soil depletion! I primarily eat carnivore with a veggie here and there. I know I need to go full carnivore though! Like Jen, I struggled with migraines. I used Imitrex with ketorolac several times a month, and I used Excedrin Migraine several times a week trying to head off the full blown migraine. Since starting this, I have had only a handful of headaches and full blown migraines. For some reason, I have had a few the last couple of weeks, and I don't know why. Trying to figure it out. I have gone off of my depression med. I no longer have constant bloating. I no longer have leg swelling and joint pain. I have energy. I've lost 50 pounds and feel so much better. The list of benefits goes on. Anyway, thank you so much for all the information. Kerry's video with the bucket of pills, angry at the doctors for never asking about his diet, was my wakeup call and motivation to start. So, thank you both!

I did the walk 10 mins faster than my normal rate. It's been hours now & usually that 35 min walk would cause my legs & feet to hurt so bad that I would "pay for it" for the rest of the evening & tomorrow as well but I don't hurt like normal. I can already tell I'm feeling the way I did when I was younger (I'm 60) after exercising & my body is buzzing in a good way. I forgot how good this feels! I cant wait to see how my legs do tomorrow and already looking forward to my next outing!! Carnivore feels wonderful!!

I have been ketovore for the last year, Jen. After watching this video, I need to go just carnivore because of my daily migraines. Thank you to you and Kerry for always telling it like it is!

This January I had a total allergic reaction to my daily green smoothie. Totally frustrated, I eliminated all processed food and in 2 weeks found and started Lion/Carnivore as an elimination diet. Less than 45 days later my doctor mused that he would consider lowering my blood pressure meds and maybe even stopping them. Chronic DM2 reversed. Brain fog, joint pain gone. Trying not to look back at all the irreversable harmful things that happened in my life due to the diet, nutritional, and medical advice I blindly followed. Patiently hoping my autoimmune disease heals.

Oh I so understand this reaction, I was so angry when I realised I was addicted to food, food which had no nutritional content, I was angry for the life I could have had! Now I’m just so glad I have found it at all, wish people wouldn’t be so against it before they try it but hopefully they will listen to the carnivores on KZbin etc and it will make a difference. Well done for doing your best to get it out there

I had to comment, I’ve been carnivore for nearly 2 years, I have healed a lot of health conditions, I have Lyme disease, mcas, pots, etc all of these issues have healed. The one thing that I still suffer greatly from is endometriosis, carnivore has helped but I still have daily pain, I still have the nerve issues down my leg that prevents me from driving, and has me limping about, I still have periods that literally cripple me. I did 3 months of lion and have added in just eggs, butter and I like a decaf coffee. I still react to pork and other foods but I can live far better on carnivore and so I will be sticking with it forever. It is just ever so slightly heartbreaking for me when I’m constantly told carnivore cures all, when that hasn’t been my experience, improved yes, but I still take pain meds unfortunately, I still have the bladder and bowel endo symptoms too. I’m just commenting as it’s hard being here and still suffering a bit. Don’t get me wrong though, I’m so grateful for the improvements and so thankful to have found it, just it hasn’t made me symptom free. I’m just not as bad as I was, I do feel that possibly, really slowly, I may be improving, who knows, maybe it’s just taking a lot longer for me? X

Oh man, don't beat yourself up over missed opportunities. I can relate to Jen's short video, missing out on trips, dances, socializing with family and friends due to the lack of energy, the extra weight and feelings of inadequacy. You can only look to the present and the future and try to take part in life as much as you can. Glad to see you've taken this path, as have I. It also took me many months of debating myself and researching the net to give Carnivore a try, and after only 4 days I knew it was right for me. Everything changed for the better. I just did not think this diet / lifestyle could be good for you, and you'd miss out on something or it would kill you. I could not have been more wrong. Just 4 days for me to see profound improvement and change. Initially I said to myself, well really I made a deal with myself is more accurate. "I'll give it a week to see how I go, what Have I got to lose?" So that's all I say to family and friends now who whine and whinge they could not do it or have pains here and there. What have you got to lose? Give it a try for a few days and see. You can stop any time. You guys / gals are wonderful together. Keep up the fantastic work you do. Kerry, you were one vital "mentor" for me that helped me have a go at this. Your influence is more acute, far-reaching than you will ever know. Thank you. 🥩

There are so many of us that feel the same. Great share! I hate that I was so tired and in a fog when they were younger, but wow do I love how I can focus and be there for these teen years the way I should be. ❤

I ❤ you guys and I have been keto (strict) for over 4 years and feel fantastic but I may switch for 90 days to carnivore to see what I don’t know about how I might feel even better! I’m older than you (71) and active and healthy but I lost the love of my life to the SAD diet 11 years ago and I’m as passionate as you are to save others from that same fate.
