What brand of gelantinous beef broth did you use?

I make my own. Use ox tail or chicken wings in a crock pot with water and cook until at least half the water is gone and refrigerate.

The recipe looks delicious, but I was actually getting motion sick watching the video and had to stop watching. Liked it anyway because the recipe sounds good, but, yeah. Please ease up on the whiplash head movements if you're going to record that way.
