Congratulations on 7 months. I’m one month in and don’t crave many other foods anymore. Especially fried chicken. Is it the same for you ??

I had the Keto flu for a month, but in time I felt better. in 100 days I lost 50 pounds and I am keeping it off so far.

What a lovely walk and talk. This is where we all should be, eating the right foods and spending more time enjoying nature. My biggest regret in life is spending time in the grocery store and kitchen instead of the outdoors and I’m so happy to have reversed that time expenditure.

Awesome! Great work!!! I lost 40lbs after I retired. I did it using intermittent fasting. Easy to maintain. That’s key…maintenance!

Did you ever just stop losing weight for about a month or 2? I have been at the same weight for about 6 weeks. What is your advice? I eat mostly ground beef and sharp cheddar cheese and a few eggs from time to time along with some butter.

Yes this is common, you can do several things. If you’re able to fast , try this, or switch to one meal per day, if you’re able. Some people even try a Sardine fast for a couple of days.

Sugar is a drug, you will have withdrawal from it. I had the keto flu for a month before I started getting better.

i'm not far in my journey, but still, in my experience, it took a year to be almost totally comfortable with not having big sugar cravings. it's a lifelong journey, and it takes years for your physiology and mentality to adapt to your new life without this drug. decades of eating sugar will not be resolved by just willpower overnight. nothing's wrong with you, this is normal.

Not sure eating only beef and fish is longterm healthy. You might loose weight but it can cause other health issues with time because our body needs a lot of other vitamins. Please make sure to go to a doctor monthly

There's a few minerals / electrolytes missing from it that's remedied by adding salt. That's about it, all the rest of the vitamins are present.
