Appreciate how the carnotorus actually had chunks of meat in their mouths. Most of the dinosaur eating animations I've seen only add blood to their snout, which always ruined my immersion.

The carcass is of an Pliosaur , the Pliosaurus lived only in Jurassic and early cretaceous before when they are replace by mosasaurus , Carnotaurus never lived with animals like this , the fossils was discovered in Argentina , other it pterosauras are not scavengers they hunt fish and pre historic little animals

I'm pretty sure someone has mentioned it, but the temporal range of Pliosaurs and Carnotaurus do not overlap - at least not according to the fossil record. It would be more accurate if they were snacking on a Mosasaur. Doesn't take away anything from the great labour and love that go into creating these videos!

So much detail such as the numerous scars on the Pilosaur, including a bite mark on its front right flipper. Gives me the idea that this creature fought many battles before an unknown circumstance caused it to wash up on the beach.

As always, amazing! I love the blend of sweet domesticity between the family groups, especially that closing shot of them all piled together for a post-lunch nap, and the gruesomeness of nature. The sight of all the pterosaurs inside the plesiosaur's jaws, still alive but trapped, likely to drown when the tide rises, it gave me the willies. And of course, you know me, any of your videos featuring babies gets me all croony and happy.

Well as a paleontology enthusiasts I'd say the both the Leoplurodon and carnoturus were both oversized and their horns weren't that long but it's a very accurate showing of the carnoturus. Good job

I agree the detail you put into there movement, the way they walked was beyond amazing though I think for the top point of view for the Carno about to eat that plesiosaur carcass should had the horns puncture through the flesh as they tore their way to eat but other then that this is incredible, I wonder if you will do ceratosaurus next?

I love how you included little details like the scars on the pliosaur and the different horn configurations on the Carnos. However, I feel that in the aerial shots of the cove, you made the animals too big. Those plants on the cliffs look like large bushes or small trees to me, not grass (although there's very little to go on and maybe I'm just basing their size off the White Cliff of Dover).

The sound design and music are just superb, at times reminding me of Giacchino's more atmospheric moments. The emotion is palpable, from the veritable family outing feel as they trek down onto the beach, to the ignominy of the pliosaur's fate as he's slowly eviscerated by a hundred hungry mouths. I could almost smell the blood soaked sand, and it does feel like a gracious nod to A Cruel Sea's megapleurodon. Just beautiful as always x
