By recording yourself playing different parts, you're kinda stretching the definition of 'solo', but this is amazing. Really good job. I'm in my marching band's pit or forward ensemble section and am looking for cool ideas for what we could do next year and this is definitely one. Love what you did with beating the side of the Marimba and using the back of the stick on the Marimba's supports. Brilliant! Completely genius. I also like the lights you put on the Marimba, thats a nice touch. Good job.

I mean the song and arrangement is really nice but given the title I expected a marimba solo and that's not exactly what this is. It's still great though!

Yes it is. Solo is a single person playing something. The guy recorded himself playing the different parts and put it together. You can tell it's the same person by the way the hands look.
