One thing that struck me almost instantly... don't the reservist wear duty belts? All I can see is her sidearm, no cuffs, no baton, no radio, etc.? Myself, I work as a community service officer and I wear a duty belt with pretty much the same things as a regular police officer here, with the exception of a firearm and mace.
