I don't like stoves that don't vent out, and I like stainless steel sinks. No beams in the living room, but other than that I like it a lot.

@@naspops our foundations are masonry foundations. they pass all the NC codes that any other house needs to pass. there is no difference. Does that make sense? we do masonry foundations only
