Williams is clicking, but the same counts for Swift. Kmet is still who he is, and Moore is...more of what he is. The O-line had a good night and promptly the long TD's are coming in. See where this offense is ending this season, but for now with the O-line stepping up and the defense and special teams doing their thing it's a pretty nice season so far.

I don't think he'll ever be a great quarterback, but I do think he'll be satisfactory. His play IQ is significantly higher than most of the guys the Bears have struggled with before. It's evident in how few turnovers Williams produces. If he can just be a decent QB who doesn't throw picks or give up bad fumbles, he'll probably do pretty well.
