Well heck, I had a narrow 14’, stick steering, 25 Horse Chrysler, back in 1979-84, and it would get 30-35mph. And that was with hot, calm weather. But, it was a 2 cycle, todayI believe a 25 horse would get it up to higher mph. Haven’t been on the water in over 15 years, sure miss the fishing and being out with fishing buddies. But, 77+ yo and I’m not afraid of water, just respectful, great respect.

used between 2 and 5 grand without a motor depends on the year I got my 17 for 2k with a 40 johnson both 1993 but they usually go for more
