Carolina Smoke BBQ Grill features its Friday night "Meat Feast", where servers bring to your table all-you-can-eat cuts of Prime rib, brisket, garlic parmesan pork, sausage, filet mignon, etc.
On Saturday nights, they feature all-you-can-eat crab legs, as well.
They also have many other specials throughout the week.

Are you talking about the Cooper's at the Fort Worth Stockyards? If so, we were there this past April, and we actually have a video of it on this channel. To be honest, we were not impressed with the way they did things there. Hopefully, you are talking about another Cooper's. If we get back to Ft. Worth, I think we would give Goldie's a try. We're glad you enjoy it, however. We've just never been to a place that tells you to tell them to "cut right there", without having any idea what the weight of the cut is. We ended up paying far more than we ever have at a BBQ place.

Looks like you found another great location. I would like to try this place out sometime. The all you can eat prime rib sounds good! I would really love to see what all is on the seafood buffet. For the price of the seafood buffet with the crab legs you can not beat it. You decide to go please let me know, because I would be interested in meeting you for the seafood buffet. That would be great! Yes, I will have to look and see what all is on the seafood buffet. The buffet last night, was not a lot of items. That's because they bring the meats to your table. I don't know if there's a lot of seafood out or not, but I know she did mention that they have crab legs. I will try to find out something on that. I thought the price we paid for all-you-can eat brisket, prime rib, and filet mignon, was exceptionally good.

I know David loves scallops. I have to say those smoked scallops were some of the worst smelling things I've ever seen. If he gets those, I might have to go move to another table until he's done eating them...LOL

With all the hoopla about the best & freshes meats, wait time to be expected and when the meat is out, it’s really out. I guess with that being said, I was expecting better. They were short staffed as most restaurants are now a days but I think the salad bar could had used a quick tidy up. I would still give it a try and I do like the shrimp. The waitress seemed very nice. I can’t remember the name of the restaurant you dined that was very close to your home but the prime rib there just melted in the Shawnee’s mouth. I apologized for misspelling your name. Yes, I am anxious to see your experience with seafood night. I agree about clean restrooms. Blessings are being lovingly sent to each of you.

The Carolina Reaper has over 2 million Scoville units, making it still the hottest. I can't find anything about a Pepper Joe pepper. I'd like to know more. I did find a company called Pepper Joe's, and they sell all of the seeds for the hot varieties.
