I gave them a fold down dowel idea to improve, you won't loose the dowel this way, I like the treat cabinet under the nest boxes.

Beautiful. You have added everything that I wished for from your older system and excellent use of space under the bed to separate or introduce new birds to the flock. Also would make a good nursery for babies and the mother hen until they are big enough to interact with the flock.
