Yup, that has been my husband's kidney stone treatment for years!! He also drinks a tea called chanca piedra (stone breaker). If you have the pain, take drink the tea with a squeeze of lemon. Do not add any sweetner. He also uses an inversion table to move any possible stone that may be forming and flush it out completely pain-free. It always works!

I have been doing the same thing. I have had 2 Kidney stones in less than 5 years. Right after the thanksgiving holiday too. Since then, I have been drinking 1 lemon and 1 tablespoon of ACV. So far so good we will see how 2024 goes. Peace

I had a kidney stone the size of a large marble that I got broken up by lithotripsy. I was calcium. I was dehydrated. I was eating a lot of spinach. I urinated so much after I came home from the hospital. I was told,no dark soda,I can have root beer.I try to eat a lemon a day. Your blessed! I had my first kidney (oxolate) 9 cm , at 60 in 2020 . After surgery my left kidney atrophied and was left with a smaller stone 2cm . Now my right kidney has a 3 cm and I drink a lemon daily for two years low sodium no dark chocolate, spinach , sweet potatoes or beets ..

Yeah but isn't Calcium a bit more tricky, though? What I read was that calcium from natural sources like dairy for example can be good for kidney stones while calcium from supplements can be bad for them as shown in some study.

Definitely love adding lemon juice to my water; it tastes good and helps with non-heme iron absorption when consumed with a meal. But drinking 2 ounces of lemon juice on a regular basis probably wouldn't be great for tooth enamel.

I'm from Trinidad and tobago.. And ATM I am going through it with a tiny pin like kidney stone and it literally feels like its destroying my insides.. I've also been bleeding for almost four weeks non stop and I was really worried.. A lot of elderly here say that hot beer (carib) works really well. And most of my friends who has had kidney stones said that it worked for them. I couldn't use that method tho, because of the tablets I was taking I couldn't consume alcohol. What I found out tho and what I'm using now Is a plant named "seed under leaf" and it works really well. It heals a lot of things to do with kidney stones.. Kidney infectons etc.. I cant go into full detail.. But since i started using it I've gradually decreased in bleeding and the kidney stone doesn't feel like its there anymore.. Only thing now is I'm recovering from all the damages the stone has made trying to pass out.. And the plant also helps with all of that.. I honestly can't wait to get over this.. All i know is when i have a kidney stone that needs to pass its so painful that ill go to a witch doctor and try anything. I had one stone that wouldn't pass and i had surgery to zap it into sand because it was the size of a pea. I also had a catheder for 3 weeks. The other two kidney stones i managed to pass after drinking lots and lots of water.

Straight & simple talk here. I'd get up to 4 very large (oxalate) kidney stones a year. I've had NONE for 7 years now. I use something called 'Stone Breaker' tablets I get from Walmart. Active ingredient is something called Chanca Piedra & there are other brands available. Dosage is recommended 3 tablets a day (about 25 cents each) but I find that one a day works for me. If I feel back pain like from a pending stone I simply go to two tabs a day for a while & never had a problem.

The juice of 2 lemons is not that much. I don't know what those people were havin a problem with unless they're babies. Any tim eI get sick I go to the store and buy a bag of lemons and have much more than 2 full lemons per day. I put sucralose or monk fruit in it and have lemonade I usually do at least 6 lemons per day when i'm sick.

Because my right kidney , my doc said has so many stones he cant count them I cant pass them on rt side do to issues. I tried everything for my calcium oxalate kidney stones, and nothing worked. I had multiple trips to the emergency room for extremely painful stones and even had lithotripsy. I noticed that my urine formed visible stones at room temperature if left in a jar overnight. When I got the pain I was in England - I got the stem from a South Indian Store. FYI. Hope you can get it or find it.

ive around 6 kidney Stones and have had hundreds of kidney infections for the last 32 years...ive got horseshoe kidneys and my Stone's are above my kidneys so they can't come down...The hospital doctor's say because of this there's no more they can do for me without putting me at Risk...To this day the kidney infections Continue....any advice you may have i would appreciate it as i think the doctors here in lreland haven't really tried to help me...

Drink rooibos tea, 2 to 3 cups a day wouldn't be an issue. It's caffeine free and very low in oxalates, plus it has a lot of health benefits. Tastes better than most other teas in my opinion.

I'm going to listen. 1. Allergic to dairy, citrus, most nuts and already avoid many things. 2. I know chanca Piedra is good. 3. I love dark, even 100% chocolate, my weakness. It has benefits. But, I'm reducing it, againnn. 4. What's left? Watermelon, drinking extra water, and let's see what's recommended here. I hope to hear something that I can consume. 5. I drink coconut water. Moonstone sounds good. 6. Stone Breaker tincture is great, includes chanca Piedra, etc. I'm dealing with having zero healthy things to snack on now because of being gf and newly allergic and sensitive to many more foods than previously. I hope to reverse these. Now, you didn't list foods we CAN eat to help. I am still looking for things like that. I eat super clean. But, oxalate Crystals have shown up.
