As a fellow killer bee, I can attest to molly about the issues I face when getting hired for jobs and even applying to college. I am diagnosed with autism, Adhd, and a brain virus that caused my left ear to be deaf. employers don’t understand the discrimination we face everyday, and being not represented fairly. Even with the ADA in America, I still see myself being discriminated by reading the facial expressions during interview when I disclose my disability. I have nothing to hide and proud to live the life that I do. I have fought so hard to get to where I am today. I am calling out The Walt Disney Company to sign this document. Disney was a company that was a part of my success and eventually my motivator to have a career. I did a disney college program with them back in 2016 and they were incredibly accommodating to the point where I had a representative at disney who was at my call anytime for any issue. My interview was treated like everyone else but being asked questions to make sure that my needs would be met if I got the job. As a disability community we all deserve to get the career, life, opportunities, and happiness life provides. Captioning on videos is always an issue.

This is the wonderful interviews I suffer from chronic pain disability as well as chronic depression. However living in rule country Australia and Victoria the doctors are of the hind frequently as my medical care people like myself fire Siri I have to go to Melbourne we will get the help we need possibly medication for other staff free depending and then normally go home… And pay through with the Terrace bar but they are volunteers and they want to do it their way with screws up completely burnt believe chronic pain is a disability when you’ve been told it’s going to be permanent it’s never going away and there is no cure so far it’s almost like being told he had cancer and I know this is out there to say this but it was almost 2 batteries was because it least then I’ve been treated like this human being because they could see physically there was something there and Lewis killing me or hurting me having invisible illness as you look at what the area this is Siri it’s very upsetting and very hard most times are treated as a joke he’s lying or just wants drugs even if you have no history. I hope to start change this as I’m going out of my mind thank you for speaking to someone this can’t do it herself yet 🐝🦋🐝
