This is how this song was meant to be sung. Seriously. I always thought this song was an anomaly for Morrison, its upbeat tempo masking its melancholic lyrical and musical qualities. I look up covers for songs I loved for years. This is the most beautiful take on this song I've heard. I'm a Morrison fan, but the song always seemed a bit sad or melancholy for the up beat version of his. You Really have a great voice. I looked up another of yours...Rise..the video is stunning. Used to live around the corner from where he played in San Francisco in the early eighties. Saw every one of his shows there between 80-84.
