In this first class, Caroline and Robert share reflections on both the personal life journey we take individually and the holy journey that we are all on together.

So beautiful, Robert. One way I experience the journey of my life as Holy is sitting outside every morning when I first wake up, is saying good morning beautiful souls, I love you. I say this to the huge oak trees that surround the house. Then come the birds chirping, the butterfly soaring in and out of all the bushes. The outside kitty cats come around for their breakfast. Lately, when fortunate enough to feel without interruption, the universe and every live soul is holy. Precious.

Relate to the world " acting like it doesn't stop" Yet we can take a breathe and relax. Can't change the oceans currency, we can admire the strength and endurance of the ocean, to love the water as it's just as important as the rest of us. Snowdrops eventually hit the oceans.

Such a gift as we move into Holy Week! This Lent I found myself in the desert of COVID. Your conversation helped me feel COVID as "unsettling" and letting me know some things were unfinished. Religion...comes from Latin. True meaning ..."is to link back" ....to yourself in awareness, consciousness . Why we do, say, what motivations are behind my choices. Awareness of my programmed society made false constructed self. These all held me caged and blocked from my soul's truths. Holy spirit could not get to me, l was so hyper, busy for approval, love, admiration, validation. I was depressed and an addict for external stimulations. Lost.

Only a few minutes in but it's so interesting I have to comment. This thing about language is so very important!! As a northern European I am baffled at the censorship going on in the US on so many levels. Everything under the sun goes on in this world, no less so in the US, but you cannot mention it. The use of abbreviations, bleeps, similar sounding words used instead.... it's disturbing

Religion took away vocabulary of how we uniquely devout to our sacred soul self; understanding the psychology, the emotional intelligence knowledge and subsequent experience brings empathy compassion and mercy - one day Peck states there'll be no mental health institutions because we will be versed in unique expression for love to see; it empowers me to jump ship from paradigms of enforced religious societal control on my definitions of my spiritual journey; I believe Jesus was a person..as was Buddha.. as was any mentor/guru..there was not just one person who showed and was light and sacrificed because of scapegoat ignorance but that God didn't make the world...'light energy' is in capacity of all..Mary magdalene was conveniently boxed in as a prostitute loved and showed love and very light filled underestimated. ..does this mean I'm to not be here listening... Love light peace..and energy soul love to yours.
