Garab Dorje ~𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 ~ Dzogchen (Ati Yoga)

A reading for meditation of sections of Garab Dorje's teaching, "The Clear Meaning Tantra" - translated by Yeshe Donden (Roger Calverley).
Originally written down in Sanskrit by Garab Dorje, this work was transmitted to Manjushrimitra, from whom it passed to Sri Simha, who in turn transmitted it to Padmasambhava. He brought the tantra to Tibet and hid it at some point in the mid to late 700’s AD. Centuries later, Guru Chowang (1212 - 1270) found the book and published it, which made possible its preservation in the collection known as the Hundred Thousand Tantras of the Ancients (Nyingma Gyubum).
In speaking of the significance and transmission of this tantra, Padmasambhava said:

Garab Dorje (c. 665) was the first human to receive the complete direct transmission teachings of Sutra, Tantra and Dzogchen from Vajrasattva. Garab Dorje then became the teacher of Dzogchen ("Great Perfection", also called Ati Yoga) teachings according to Tibetan Buddhist and Nyingma school traditions.

I hear all of what is being said but I have to listen again, because I heard him say this wisdom is not for everyone. How could this be? I often reside in the state of awareness being described here but I don’t want to have the hubris of presumption.. It’s just a state of awareness that is beyond all the appearances - yet I don’t grasp everything that is being said here. This awareness is fleeting when I try to grasp some of the concepts, so maybe I’m not quite there.. Sometimes wording confuses me, and I sometimes laugh in the moment when I recognize the concept but got lost in someone’s wording. 🙏 Thank you for these translations ♥️

Talking about the Open Empty Space/ Nothingness that surrounds us and interpenetrates all of us. What quantum physics calls The Vacuum. We are a physical tangible and material projection and expression of the Open Space. Our bodies are the visible part of Being and Being is the non visible part of the body. The body is the surface and we are the depth. Open Space is uncreated, eternal and everywhere at the same time. The Unknown Undefined Unconditional Reality is the Open Space of Awareness. Consciousness is the first thing Emptiness does.

No need to put alarm or warning bells on this. For many, this teaching will be nonsensical, thus not suitable. For others, this teaching will remain just as an intellectual or conceptual understanding, and will not reach the depths of their hearts or intuitive knowing. Therefore, it is not really suitable for them either - they are not primed for it. For those who are truly ready, who have clarity and purity of mind, good stabilisation in the preliminary practices, and whose hearts are open, they may receive the blessings of this teaching, and the fruition of this profound teaching can flower in their Being. It is simply our own essence opening, and will not necessarily be a 'dramatic' happening or explosion.

The "no position" is a feeling of freedom, but freedom from what ? Does judgement have a purpose ? As humans ate of the tree of knowkedge, judgement came into being. So at the position of no-position, I feel i transcend the judgementak state, but still... If judgement have a purpose in the universe. I cannot stop doing it. If I have nowhere to stand, i cannot practice judgement with wisdom, and therefore I should seek the wise ground... (Just some thoughts that might help someone, ... or not at all...)
