I really needed this. I live alone - lost my husband, dad, dog and aunts and uncles in a year. Learned my sister in law just lost her brother to suicide. I have lost my daily practice of prayer and meditation in the last couple months Since my strongest connection to the outside world has been the news. I tried to limit it and then get sucked right back in. I am desperate to get out of The negative loop in my mind and your post came as a gift today. I can't thank you enough.

To Address the separation we see amongst the people, I’ve been seeing the following for the past couple month or so. To understand that we’re all one visually, I see the forest floor, picture the life coming from it, the plants the trees the animals and birds, every living thing is born from the physical building blocks provided by the Earth (our mother).The dead and decaying layer that blankets the earths floor is the recycling of that physical expression by returning to the earth (the womb that were all born from) those life giving building blocks (nutrients) We truly are all brothers and sisters in this respect, and not just us fellow human beings but every living thing we see. 🙏🏼

You have just come into my life through KZbin suggested videos and you have become my comforter in chief and spiritual teacher and new favorite person. I live so remotely that I don’t even get mail delivery, so seeing you in a video is as close as I am going to get to seeing a friendly face. I want to convey to you how much it means to me to have these “visits” from you because there may be others who are isolated who may also listen to lectures and see funny videos, but like me, get real comfort from the way you speak to us. I have brain damage that makes reading frustrating, so I will not have access to your wisdom that way. I am also close to bed bound due to chronic fatigue/ pain type illness and spine degeneration from a lifetime of ignorance and trauma. But I can roll over in the night and find your videos and it feels like you are an angel visiting me, showing me the way to heal and still be a positive presence in this world, even if only the animals will see me. I believe that it is very important how we tend to and carry our light, no matter what our circumstances are, and you help me tune into the “ Divine Live Stream” and shine more brightly. Thank you, so beautiful. Early on with this situation, I felt a crippling fear. I sat with it and let it be heard, and I asked for it to speak to me.. The deep longing that was underneath this fear was a need to feel safe. Then I felt an embrace as if from the most loving mother and all of my fear melted away, and I felt safe, and that fear has not returned. I think this is a parent archetype that you were talking about, but if the child exists, then doesn’t also the parent? If the longing exists, then also the answer to it. We just have to be able to unearth the longing in order to receive it’s answer.

I am a fervent Goddess worshiper. She is my Divine Mother, and I am Her child. So that works for me. When I pray to Her, She always hears me. I had a major awakening to Her many years ago, and after that my whole life went forward creatively, in leaps and bounds, and I met my soul mate, to whom I was married for twenty-five years. I think you voice and calm spirit are helpful. We are all on our own paths and this massive shift is overwhelming to everyone. Yes, we have our own inner meaning and I find personally you are here helping me with co-creation. We never know sometimes how we affect others but it’s wonderful to have you here. I hear you struggling too. You are supporting and supported here. We are the support team - together we do this. We will adapt and survive. Those like you and others that speak the truth and face the situation as it is are those leading us into the new and better way of life. It’s not the politicians, it is us, as a community, to reach out now and work to get to know and assist our neighbors. My world is very small but I do what I can. However no matter how small the act, no matter how many or how few, or even none, see your actions, the collective feels it. Even if you do not have the experience of mysticism yourself, your actions, my actions, everything we do is a part of all of us. I do believe there are more good folks here than not and those will prevail be it now, later or a generation from now. Yes, we have compartmentalized people. We have put up walls. Many religious and other leaders have pointed out it is these walls that keep us apart. Physical distancing, oddly, is drawing us together in the common experience of these times of change. Strap in. Live you life. The physical conditions of our lives are not our inner beings. It’s how we deal with these conditions make us what we truly are.

I would just like to share one thought about the virus. I contracted the virus on the 7th March and am still experiencing symptoms. I have been so struck by what is happening in my body is a direct correspondence to what we have done to the world. Every system is affected, invaded, much like pollution and industrialization has done to our rivers, air, and soil. This virus works through the body and wrecks havoc the way we have worked through the gifts of mother earth. Healing from the collective effects of the virus will not happen unless we start to take collective responsibility for what we have done to our earth.

I had to say it... From my experience... Never ever excuse anyone who disrespected you and try to belittle you. For some time I practiced "turn another cheek" and that one day I realized... when I turn another cheek I look into different direction. So from that day on I just WALK AWAY and never look back. Hey Caroline! What you are talking about here is exactly what I am asking myself in this now. I have a broken relationship that was really the love of my life, but we were both scared in different directions. This is how afterwards and in very great absence the thoughts go ... think how nice we could have had it if we were not intimidated by each other's underlying "life"-registers ... or it was perhaps necessary that it turned out as it did when we also learn us (hopefully) something about ourselves where we walk in loneliness and beyond passion and addiction. I feel so blessed you are.Coming to serve us in this way! I have followed YOU for a long time ! I shared in your longings that came withTheresa of Avila and my inner desire once I was healed to help others. I tried to have you become my spiritual director since my 3 previous moved into retirement or passed into the realm know as heaven ! I saw in you the wisdom they shared with me. I was not able to get you as a spiritual director .. I was referred to another and a crisis in health occurred to my husband taking from my budget to include what I found in my life the treasure of Spiritual Direction. Lars Muhl recommends focus mantra. Upon inhalation focus from the heart/lung/stomachache area while you say in your mind “Holy spirit”. Upon exhalation the focus goes to the center of your forehead and you say “Kingdom of God”! I feel that is breathing with God!
