My prayers have led me here, and I don’t know how or why. All I know is that I can’t stop my curiosity around mysticism and divinity. In 2012 I was the CEO of an organization, which i had founded.... all of sudden, I could not do my job, could not teach workshops, could not connect with staff and others.... I have longed for an explanation for this... thank you Caroline,,,, I now know what happened.....my internal spirit had disappeared and I was left completely lost and vulnerable. I couldn’t understand How I was feeling somehow low in spirits , I was actually listening to a motivational CD I am a retired senior an a widow of 4 yrs , I am also the mother of 5 adult children , one daughter An sadly 2yrs ago my beautiful son , third in my family , Who was a gifted talented university graduate, aspiring Author Screen writer who aspired to write animated children movies because he wanted to bring joy to this world Because he was gifted with a beautiful soul, he was a husband , an father of his only child , my granddaughter Well I didn’t expect to be sharing this , I was trying so hard this morning to understand my low spirits , An I caught a hold of myself by decided to look at the beautiful clear blue sky an occasional fluffy cloud An to just be in the moment of where I was , driving my Honda Fit , *bright yellow which I name Buttercup An giving thanks 🙏 for all my blessings , an now I am tuned into your wisdom an I just love the softness An thoughtfulness of your gentle voice , thank you for this moment of time in my life . I found such a strong practice last year! I was pondering for a few days about 'soul, spirit, thought, mind, heart, feelings, emotions, what it was and where 'seated'...after a week or so, I opened my eyes in the morning, and said: 'Dear Heart, will y tell my mind to be silent, completely silent, and it makes me do what's good for me, and what I like. Thank you! From that day on I started painting the place I then lived in, to make things easier for me to organize, untill it was time to leave that place. I had a strength and insight like never before! I did so many times with different things, though it seems to be easy, one has to practice and stick to it. Writing down by hand the experiences will enforce them, before hand, what y want, and after, the result. That's the time we can speak from Soul to the Heart, and Heart has Power over the Mind. Mind tries to take back, so we need to be and stay decicive in how we want to function. This is I presume another Holy Grail...

I have always loved and read Caroline’s books. Working with terminally ill children I needed a strong spiritual core. Her wisdom helped me greatly. I attended one of her Workshops at the ARE Edgar Cayce center years ago and went up to her and respectfully asked if I could hug her. She declined saying that she did’t hug as she was so sensitive to energy. I was sad to hear that and missed my hug. Mostly I was sad for her. I was surprised to hear on the opening of this session that she said she was so excited that if she were with us she would hug us all. So my question is what changed or is she just saying that because she is safely tucked in her space. I still follow and love her. It just brought back an uncomfortable encounter. I was sad she wasn’t more personable and was this missing out on a lot of good energy.

Thank you for sharing the inner dialogue that occurs when we are receiving "a download"/ commandment. It created a sense validation and togetherness in an otherworldly experience, and have me a little laugh seeing the similarities in the script of our inner dialogues. I just went through an awakening experience in March with Covid-19. God is waiting for us, always, and prayer is a direct line to Him/Her. I first became aware of your teaching when "Anatomy of the Spirit" was first released, I found it inspiring that it was so widely accepted. I tried to read your following work, but although I found it to be good and useful information, it felt flat to me, as if being projected through the prism of academia rendered it void of an essence I needed. I recently found your video "What is it in you that needs transformation?" during our shutdown in April. I was sparked by the energy you projected, I felt you to be completely different that when I last paid attention to your path. Your experience now explains this difference to me. It is fascinating how we can go along with a "rational" trajectory in life, following a path, then Grace descends on our being and transforms us with its aura. I could not live without prayer, the practice of engaging with the presence of God. It nourishes my soul and strengthens my spirit. I feel that year by year, this practice diffuses the density of my being, and I am able to receive Grace more readily. I am full of gratitude for the experience prayer blesses me with. It is truly wonderful that the power of prayer is awakening to become a channel for the light our Mother Earth needs. Thank you for your work and diligence. 🙏🏽
