I love that this is related to the song meaning to give it away by the red hot chili peppers. He was inspired by a girlfriend in the 80s . He was going through her closet and discovered a nice leather jacket and loved it so she said “ keep it it’s yours” and he was shocked, like why would you give such a nice thing your own away? She replied that if you have a closet full of things, then your world is small, but if you give things away and empty your vessel, you make room for new energy to come in. Something like that. But it’s a favorite song since I was three years old and resonates, as I am a giver at heart as well.

You are right. nothing has changed in terms of human history and what we have and are doing to each other. The only thing to do is to change - alchemize - yourself. If we each do that on an individual basis, the arc of negativity will gradually change. I am really enjoying this series. Thank you Caroline.

A wonderful process of unloading what is not me. A laboratory of cell tissue and thoughts, actually reprogramming so my actions are fair. My birth chart has Saturn in Libra, Neptune in Libra. Always followed my Taurus Sun, recently, my Aries moon. Step by step - adding one experimental truth to the other, while learning complete meditation to fill my heart up with love, so that I move in fairness for all. Your building example and learning to be impersonal with my alchemy process is priceless. One day, I will hopefully be able to attend one of your actual classes. Many thanks for your offering. You are an incredible word alchemist. I recognize the archetype. Plants are my alchemical teachers. I love to work with ordinary foods, spices to detox the body from environmental poisons, love to mix paints and colors. Still working on throwing stuff out LOL! I have a question for your historian archetype. You mentioned WW1. When did it start? Who set up the conditions? Who were the real alchemists? You mentioned Putin. He is the most visible active ingredient. Who set up the behind the scenes conditions? Who lied? Who betrayed? I ask these questions of you here because of your mastery of words. They are penetrating. People hear you. How do we recognize the subtle difficult truth of of our own complicity in these events? I must recognize the mess to clean it up, recognize the effects of herbs to heal with them. This is a question from within my interior castle asking outwards through the internet and inwards through the inner net. Thank you. Blessings.

I’m really listening to every word ! This is my archetype ! I love to cook . I love to transform my face with makeup . I need your words to transform my soul to peace and happiness or just a relief . Remind myself to wake up and be grateful that I’m alive .. It’s very painful to think about what happened to parole being experimented on during the holocaust . I didn’t live thru it . But I learned about it in grade school . My teacher posted piles of dead naked bodies on the wall next to my desk . Some were in huge holes . I thought about almost every day . If I needed to be grateful on days when I did not have food to eat , being a child of a single parent , I would just think about people who starved worse , who lived worse . I still do this . I’m a survivor . And an alchemist . Thank you Carolyn Myss .

Great talk. Forms change. New forms of barbarism. My father's family lost a lot in Russian Revolution and WW II in Norway. One thing: the word transformation is often used in a superficial way. Creativity means giving up some of the old, a bumpy ride. That's part of the deal. That's ok.

I feel my path has been led here. There's so much I have been trying to articulate in relation to archetypes, I usually just call it patterns and it's like my soul is way ahead of my mind, my brain is trying to learn and catch up. I got the inspiration for my current music project about a year plus ago, I received the title within me to be Alchemy. And this is exactly what I am trying to articulate through the rap song I titled alchemy. I am stretching myself through my craft to be the best I can be, but also to learn lessons in my soul and harness my power from within. Generally, the lessons I have been learning are not easy on my ego but I think there's growth, however slow. ❤ Thank you for sharing.

Interestingly enough this morning I had a catastrophy with my laptop. Wouldn't work. I'm a tax preparer with stacked appointments from 12 until 7pm today. Went to my backup laptop and had the same catastrophy.....LOL! It looked as if when I touched both of them there was an energy surge of some sort that wasn't quite right. Mind you both laptops are NEW. I sat in disbelief as I had just listened to this episode on Alchemy. I walked away from both laptops for 2 hours meanwhile, considering the pros and cons of buying another and having it overnight. shipped. Took time to research which laptop would be best for me. I became aware of the inner work that was taking place mentally, spiritually and in my pysche . The grace I gave myself I am proud of. I didn't blame or become the victim. My usual is to berate myself and those thoughts and feelings came up but, my higher self won. Not only that after the 2 hours my main laptop recovered without me doing a thing except grounding myself in my own reality without judgement. Observing. Transformation, Transmutation is not easy but, hell a good. Thanks for reading this. I had to tell somebody🥰 love this content!

modern alchemy is not really alchemy....it is just an obsession with matter and physical world.....true Alchemy is hard work, is Ora et labora, Matter needs to be impregnated with Spirit and Spirit needs to embrace matter, As above so below, as within so without, for the miracle of Oneness. I know very few Alchemists and humbleness is one of their names. Nevertheless, we as humans are inevitably alchemist in the sense of transformational potential. Our whole metabolic system is an alchemist. Great topics!

but vaccines as a form of alchemy? after 10 years of indepth studying of how vaccines are made, I would call that pure charlatanism. I am studying Alchemy and Spagiric medicine and it is far from modern medicine. Paracelsus is turning in his grave because of degradation of Medicine.

Me... can't cook, but also want to change recipe as soon as I look at the list.🤣 Since I was little. Background in theatre... but wanted to mix-it-up from the beginning... sit on people's laps, challenge status quo, compel THEM to see themselves through... The universal archetypes in theatre! People said, "You need to focus!" I thought, "That's no doubt what they told Einstein in the patent office." Because I wanted MAGIC... a little of everything. The Whole Human Spectrum. Anything of BRILLIANCE I have ever accomplished came from a Divine Spark, could not have been accomplished without listening to every Divine direction along the way... out of nothing...and never done before... almost always underestimated and under-budgeted, never sacrificing quality, leading with Love. The Law was Love. The Sacrifice always letting go control, what I think I know, certainty, and support of those with little belief, faith, or vision... and the approval of those who care not at all for service and others.

What I have discovered is the significance of finding and maintaining an active relationship with a Divine prototype or image of the ideal. Do you think this is connected to idolatry in any way? That just popped in my mind at the -giving your power to something- part.
