Thank you so much Caroline. I’ve been following you from Canada since the beginning of Covid. I’m over 80 years old but I can mostly follow you but less weight, of course. My grandkids tell me I’ve got great muscles! 💞

I am so in love and addicted with Caroline’s workouts . She has renewed my love of fitness and inspired me so much . Caroline you deserve a Nobel prize for everything you have done for everyone of us . I look forward to each workout and I am so much stronger emotionally and physically . Hello Amie! The best part of this post is reading that you have again found your love for fitness! Such a positive mindset to have! And I think we all should celebrate for looking after our bodies and minds. Longevity to a strong and healthy body and mind takes effort, consistency and dedication but so worth it… a lot easier if we have fun each day too! Cx

Okay. I am DEAD right now. This was really hard. I used my 50kg barbell for all the hip thrusts and it killed me. There was so many hip thrusts. I had to take longer pauses between sets to recover and I spent almost 50 minutes doing the whole thing. I'm off to do the OptionL ADD-ON. If the add on kills me, then it's been nice knowing you all. Thanks so much, Caroline. We simply can't thank you enough for all these workouts. I'm so much stronger than I've ever been and it's mostly thanks to you.

Well done! 50kg barbell is really impressive (I struggle with a much ligher dumbbell) Have fun with the add on too!

@@renee_renee Thanks, Renee. I completed the Add-on, and I am still alive...lol. I am now a sweaty mess though. You will get stronger too and be able to use heavier weights soon enough if that's your goal.

😆 yes Kathleen… I think if someone finds the Iron Series not as challenging as they would like, the good news is that they need to go heavier! This series definitely allows for those increases on so many movements as it’s more a strict muscle building series. Way to go Kathleen!! You smashed it!! Plus you definitely worked hard with that band and really pushed against it!!👊🏼🤩

Think this is the hardest glute workout I’ve done. First straight leg lifts burned..then those hip thrusts followed..but the body weight Bulgarians had me watching the timer…loved the finisher and add on thank you 💕

These weekly glutes workouts have definitely made me less reluctant to training glutes. It's still not my favourite thing to do (mainly because what a sweaty mess the hip thrusts make me!), but I'm going to do this workout and whoever reading this, you can and you will smash it, too! Let's go! 🔥

Renee, you always say what I’m thinking. I used to be intimidated by glutes workout but I’ve learnt to shut my eyes and burn through them, cursing less and feeling so great afterwards!

Hi Renée! I've loved hip thrusts ever since I discovered them with Caroline. I put a big towel under my back to protect my sofa, but they don't make me sweat that much. Have a good one!🙋‍♀️

Fell ill and rested for 4 days. Coming back to Iron series feels amazing. I cannot go without working out with Caroline in the morning. It just gives me a perfect structure for my day and aligns my meals for the rest of the day

Caroline without you I would never have dreamt of pushing my body so hard. I am 54 and this is by far the fittest and strongest I have ever been. I really can't thank you enough, it is no exaggeration to say that you have changed my life. Your workouts make me feel, strong, full of energy and so healthy. Yes...I so much agree! I just love Caroline’s glutes workouts too...something I look forward to each week! They are always so intense...but brilliantly well planned so fun to do! Today’s is just superb! You’ll love it...by the time you get to the forward leaning Bulgarian half reps then single leg hip thrusts at the end your glutes will just be finished! And the add on is fun too if you have a little bit of energy left at the end! Have fun! Matthew

Wow! I haven't done clams for a while. This is a nice change from just glute lifts on the chair. And then those bulgarian lunges-this was another brilliant workout, Caroline! Enjoy this one everyone! You'll love the glute burn! Have a wonderful day!

Well, this got me to look forward to every exercise I despise. I loathe hip thrusts, but was eager for them as it meant we were done with the banded floor work. I'm not a fan of bulgarian lunges, but was begging for them during the hip thrusts. I expect my glutes to still feel this workout tomorrow.

My legs have finally recovered from my 26 mile walk Sunday so can do this one today! Gutted I missed legs Monday however will catch up with that one Saturday! Can't believe this series is almost over! I've really enjoyed it! The weeks fly by with you Caroline by far the best trainer anyone could have! Enjoy everyone!

Good to know😊Even I was new to push ups before starting working out with Caroline. I couldn’t do even knee push ups. But slowly, training with Caroline, now I am able to do a few pushups. Only key is keep practising 😃Caroline will cover everything else for us 🤩

Wickedly wonderful today Caroline! I truly appreciate how the moves you choose are mostly basic and not complicated. Nothing crazy. I absolutely love the progress I am making following this program. Iron has really been good to learn how to slow down the movements, challenge myself with increased weights and persist. 30minutes works for my life. I am loving every bit of it. This was tough!! Best glute workout. Really like the mix of supersets and trisets. The activation part at the beginning burned so I knew right away this was going to be killer. Great session!

Loved the activation sequence, and the burn just got more intense as we went along! Loaded the bar with my heaviest so far, and it was so intense! I needed a longer pause before heading over to the Bulgarians, and at 70% I started second-guessing myself if I could continue!! But I did. Then did the add-on. Super good workout today, loved it all.

I’ve been so much looking forward to this glutes session...and doesn’t it just look superb! These long sets and different varieties of hip thrusts are going to burn! Happy Glutes Day! 😍 Those supersets will ensure we feel that burn ❤️‍🔥 I love the activation we will be doing at the start of the workout as I feel that it's really needed to loosen up before the intense hip thrusts. Also, the add-on is a great way to end a workout, very effective and it actually does make a difference. Thank you for your creativity Caroline, you make every day very special ❤️

As a guy who has done P90X, Insanity, and many different varieties of leg workouts on KZbin, this workout has got to be probably the best glute workout I have ever done! I'm definitely coming back to this one for glute days!

❤️❤️ I can’t believe I finally finished this whaaat! I can’t believe it’s been a year. I got myself off suboxone in July I worked out here and there your work outs helped me keep busy but than I fell off and started again daily!!! Going to keep going I would like to try your app too as I think I did all the workouts here

And what a burny one to end our Iron Wednesdays. I have loved every single Wednesday throughout Iron. Hip thrusts are definitely up there in my top 3 moves. No doubt I'll be repeating these at some point. Then again, there's lots of things I want to repeat but it's impossible with such good content coming out!! Thank you ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great workout Caroline, I guess we will never be able to thank you enough. As I said before, In any gym I saw the results that I see now with your programs. Can’t believe it has been already two years doing your workouts!!!! On the active or rest days my favorite workouts are “15 Min Core & Abs Workout (Planks)” and the “UNWIND 20 Min Full Body Stretch” I am sure everyone here have their top ten (or 20 or 50) workouts lists. Hi Louis, such beautiful words and yes the effectivity of Caroline's workouts are beyond incredible. The structure of the workout just works out perfectly for us and I feel that I am able to follow the videos easily. In the past, I was frustrated when checking out other fitness influencers including jumping in each and every workout with no low impact alternatives but when found Caroline 2 years ago I realised that jumping is not an essential part and got very excited with the variety she offers. Hurray I'm on time today and caroline u are looking phenomenal today really very beautiful 👍😊😊and as far as the workout today it sounds really demanding clam ,hip thrust, stagrd thrust and don't forget Bulgarians I'm always scared when I see that Bulgarians are thr but no worries I'm going to do it😊... this series is really getting outstanding before the finale let's smash it..👍👍

Yessssss!!! Glutes all worked out😜😜 was there lots of ouch, ouch and more ouch in this Tony. I think this has been the toughest of the iron series! I'm sure you will blast it! Add on more glutes with ankle weights. You should try it! It will finish you. Have a good one!

I have been working along with you since the end of 2020. I am so happy that i found you. I was able to lose about 40 lbs with the help of your workout programs, battle my baby blues, and feel amazing. I am currently on a journey with you into my second pregnancy on my third trimester making each exercise my own as you would say. I've read some comments in the morning, that were saying that today's workout wasn't as burning as it should be, due to the fact that it's the program's last week! BUT the🔥I felt, especially during the hip thrusts, was bigger than the fire than Nero set up and burnt down Rome😁I think it's just how much you push yourself, out of your comfort zone. I chose 36Kg on my barbel for hip thrusts and 22Kg for BG lunges. Definitely burnt out, if you count also the add on!!! Well done Caroline another magnificent workout!!!
