11 kgs, especially because a lot of it is single side, but much slower pace than Caroline. Didn't have enough time to do the 1/2 squats. Challenging and fun. Wasn't able to do it without extra breaks but tried to take as few of them as possible. Passes quickly and feels effective. Good form. Knees and neck fine. Proud of my progress. just heard about this from a friend and did this today for fun- no weights as im traveling. HOLY SH*T. it's challenging without weights!!! i will try a whole week without weights and light bands and come January will try it FULL. TY, this is amazing!
