I love this Iron Series. At the end of the 1st day I actually had tears. I was immensely proud of myself fro finishing. Now after day 27, I've never felt so good and never looked so good. Best workouts for over 60. Post-menopausal belly disappearing! I sleep better; I move easier; I tire much later. Thanks Caroline

I started one week late but figured I should post here, hoping that Caroline may see this post. I am absolutely in love with this workout series. It is the first time I actually enjoy working out because this seems to be 100% the workout style that I like. Every single workout is really tough but managable and leaves me feeling so proud. I love your reference weights, I always choose half of the weight and that ist perfect haha. I am getting married this weekend and since last week (when I was doing week four) I feel like I actually see some physical change. My number one priority is honestly feeling better and stronger by working out and it always lifts my mood. But I am honest, I am not mad about some definition popping up haha. I cannot thank you enough Caroline for all the effort, time and work that you put into this series (and even the pure quality of the videos with all the helpful features is stunning). We are all so lucky that you chose to share all these amazing workouts. If I could only wish one thing: That there will be more iron series following. Thank you Caroline! ❤️

I expected it to be a harder week now that we are almost at the end of the series. Definitely repeating this after it ends! This series has made me lift heavier than I can imagine. More progressive workouts please plus nutrition tips! 💖💖💖

I think one of the really lovely things about thus community is that we all respect Caroline, of course, but also that we all respect each other too! You are doing so brilliantly with these workouts...and it’s fantastic to read how you are now lifting such heavier weights! Wasn’t today’s session hard...but brilliant! By the time I got to those burnout push ups I thought I couldn’t do more...but actually I could and I managed 23 reps then the push ups add on too! This is what doing Caroline’s workouts teaches us...we can always do more than we think we can! Hope you have a great workout today...and a lovely day! Matthew

Well done on the progression Peach. I'm lifting heavier too it's amazing. This one is a demanding one but so good. Loved it but the shakes & 🔥🔥🔥 are unreal. Hard to believe we are on the countdown 🙄

Daaaangg, I surprised myself with this workout. I am using 15kg, 9kg and 4kg dumbbells. I was humbled by the first set the renegade row + paused push up, but then I ate the finisher!! I thought I would have no power for the last push ups but I don't know why the push ups was so strong and powerful I didn't realize the time is beeping. Caroline you made me a *mini* beast 😤😤

Hi Geri, we all start some where and I know for sure that you will gradually start lifting heavier however it all takes a very long time and the key is to stay consistent and have a healthy diet and lifestyle. Have a wonderful day.

This series is my absolute favorite and I've done them all. I love the no fuss movements straight forward lifts my favorite. I love 30min work too. Allows me time to do a little cardio n stretch. The best Caroline 💗💗

Anyone else feel their shoulders from Sunday? ...so when we got to the shoulders again, it was quite challenging! Another great workout, Caroline! The time is just flying by! You can do this everyone! Have a wonderful day!

This was quite hard!😂 My grip let me down again a bit today, but I'm fairly happy with my effort - compounds with 12.5kg as far as possible and adjusting as needed. I was, however, surprised by how much stronger my shoulders are in a normal shoulder press position than in hammer - I guess that just goes to show which movements my body is more familiar with, and its just another area to be mindful of. Thanks for another brilliant session, Caroline! That add on really finished me off! I couldn't hold a pushup for the last 5 seconds, but I can definitely feel small improvements in my tricep and diamond pushup form so thank you! Much love from South Africa

I never enjoy arm day, but starting this off with that superset was brutal! 😂 I survived, even though my arms felt finished before the finisher. 😊

This one flew by so fast! Those frontal raises were surprisingly hard. I was so proud of myself that I lifted the same weights as Caroline for about 10% of the workout. I would come back to this one again, I could even do a reasonable amount of the push ups. Thanks Caroline!

Today I bought a kit to have 2 dumbells which can go up to 10kg each ! So far ive been training with only 2kg dumbells because i didnt have enough money to buy more so I'm happy I got to upgrade, even tho im almost done with this program! Now I hope I will do well for this workout with brand new material !

I totally believe Caroline when she says thus will be the toughest upper body workout of iron series! It looks demanding...but I know that we will all smash it and have fun too! Those shoulders will certainly feel it after Sunday...and those burn out push ups at the end are going to be killing! Have fun everyone...as I say I know we can smash this! Matthew

Hi Matthew! I agree, I believe her. Supersets with 60 sec per exercise I don't know if I'm intimidated or excited. Instead of lifting heavy I will focus on trying to not pause (so much)

I never thought I could get more toned by staying home. I am so grateful for you Caroline! You have made me sore after every workout and I love that I'm at home with my little ones and still feeling the burn. The change I see is crazy!!! I’ve actually run out of great things to say about any of Caroline’s workouts. Even though I’m in a hate, hate relationship with push ups, I still always do my best . This flew by and I loved it… just phenomenal ❤❤ 💪👍🙏🥰

Hi Sharon...wasn’t thus a tough one...but fun too! I really enjoyed it! Yes...you are so right about the light weights section. My lightest weights are 6 kg...which made this part hard! But then my heaviest weights are 12.5 kg! I don’t know how Caroline can do renegade rows with 20 kg!! Hope you have a very happy day too! Matthew

Wow I’m expecting this one to be very demanding! Love being challenged with every Caroline session! It never gets easier, but I’m much stronger than the first day I started training with CG. So glad that I found her and didn’t get intimidated away. Just remember, it’s “you vs you!” “Let’s go!”

I think if you watch the videos then the workouts can look intimidating...but I find once you start and get through the first five minutes then you’re fine! You are so strong and committed! Favorite upper body of CG! This was very challenging but I pushed and pulled the weight the best I could and I feel so strong now! Great workout! This series has definitely made me stronger that’s for sure!

I've loved this series, I hope you do Iron Series 2. I've managed to move up in weights, and I'm pretty proud of the fact that I've been able to do every one of these days - not gonna lie, sometimes I need to modify the exercises a bit, but then I'm 58, so I blame the calendar :)

I am not doing it because of my important exam ı just want to say something. I really missed you Caroline. I was seeing you every day, I was gaining muscle, I was literally soo happy. That was intense. In my head during the workout I was thinking: this isn’t “antagonist” training, this is AGONY training! But I made it through and feel great, I used 37 lb for renegade rows (I just didn’t have the strength for 44 lb like Caroline!), and used 39 lb for pullovers and diamond press. Everything else was 22 lb & 9 lb. I was looking forward to dropping to the 9 lb near the end but that was tough too! This series has really pushed me hard, I love it! Let’s see if I can handle 5 minutes of push-ups next in the add-on!

Good morning Caroline, this week started tougher than any previous, or at least that is what seems to me but I love every minute of it! Challenging our endurance and will is great! Thank you once more for putting so much effort in the workouts, it is much appreciated and there are results. I feel stronger with every new series and more ready to try new and old exercises.

This is very hard and challenging session today as we are coming towards the end of the series everything is getting much more intense even those lateral and frontal raise with 4 kgs are like doing them with 10kgs seriously caroline knows how to keep us on all our toes 😀 and make us do our best 👌

Oh wow! This certainly was a tough work out! Used 18kg, 10kg and 4kg. Had to take a few breaks with the 18kg but still worked to fatigue. A bit of a shoulder burner again today too! Was already dying at 20% with this one but thoroughly loved it - love pushing through that 60 secs and utilising it.

Wow! Those weights are massive! I am a guy and just started with this video! I could only manage this session with half kg dumbbells and had to stop around the 19 minute mark as my arms just gave up 😔

@@rupinjeremiah9589 thats still amazing! Caroline always says You vs You! And also - your body doesnt know how much you are lifting!! Keep going and you will eventually build more strength!! :)

@@jokintz1 Thank you for your encouragement and guidance! It means a lot! I felt disheartened with just being able to use half kg per arm and still not managing. My gf does the session with 10 kg and 15 kgs.

That was tough one again. Used 20.5kg, 10kg and 5kg. Felt stronger but oh boy, trying to hold heaver weights was killing my grip! Great work out once again!!!

Really loved today's workout!!! I didn't go super heavy in order to focus more on the slow pace and it really worked😃 The burn was real and it was intense😁 I used 10kgs as the heavy and 6kgs as the light and 20 kg for the landmine rows. For the push up burnout, which I was craving I smashed 25 push ups💪 See you all tomorrow for the glutes!!!

Day 27 complete! It burns, it burns! Felt every moment, but I'm happy I'm doing it. I used 3, 8, 10, and 15kg for these. Roll on Day 28! 💪🏾 ❤️

Day 27 finally done. I had a cold, so I rested for a week. This workout feeled somehow tougher than others before. I think that it's because my daily Iron routine went off and I had to start again. Thanks Caroline! ❤

Bracing myself as she says it's the most demanding Upperbody for her. Will tell myself: "Believe, Breathe, I'm a Beast" 😆. Let's DO this! 👊 Done ✔️. It was Tough but loved the challenge. Toughest were the Renegades and Pullover supersets. Superb Finisher. Was surprised I didn't pause during the pushups. Great Upperbody Sesh! Thanks Caroline! ❤️

It is demanding Trish but so bloody good. You have got this. Be prepared for those shakey arms after. Add on done ✅ and 20 mins abs so all set for the day 😊 hope you enjoy as much as I did.

I truly did not have much to give this today, but I powered through, and I'm so glad I did! I lowered my weights for a few things, and I can still feel it. Another great, sweaty workout! Thank you!

I love every workout. I am proud to train with you every day. This series has been of great benefit to me, my legs and arms are very strong, like never before. I have developed both physical and mental endurance. These days I'm going to repeat the series. I was fascinated by the ending, I love your furry children.❤️🏋️‍♀️🔥

This was such an amazing workout. Such a beautiful challenge. Loved the structure. Those pushup after the rows were insane! I used 30 lbs for rows and diamond press and 5 and 8 for the shoulders. For the finisher I used 35lbs.
