Would be amazing if you could also review EmerginC, Exuviance and Blithe. They are the brands I keep going back too. I have this theory that Zelens and EmerginC are very similar but I think that is more due to the similar packaging (face creams) than anything else. Love their 20% vitamin c serum, their multivitamin serum, triple threat peel w retinol and their triple threat cream. Would love to hear your opinions on them and whether there are alternatives/similar products you'd rather use. Thanks again for keeping us educated!

My complaint re: pipettes and jars has nothing to do with the stability of ingredients/preservation... I am just such a klutz! Bottles with pipettes are the thing that I worry about spilling, dropping, etc. the most. I continue to use all my little pipettes, but I live in fear :) My issue with pots is that I use way more product than I need! I just seem a little unable to control myself with a big pot of moisturizer or eye cream, and pumps help me actually use the appropriate amount of product so my $$$$ goes further!

Sophie the same thing happened to me recently with a bit cheaper product cause of pipette that I got a week prior! It simply flew over my bathroom wall, floor,....And it was oil!!! I called the company desperate and angry to order another one....and was literally frozen when the lady who answered said: no worries, we will send you another one for free!?! My mistake and they are giving me for free??? It happened to be Paula's Choice. They have a great return policy and customer service, but this was over and beyond! It was CAD$ 50 and I love that product. I doubt you would get free Luna or many other products for that matter, it is our fault:( I know how you feel:(

Hi Caroline I am a woman of a certain age, who is a mother of two, and pale Florida girl. I currently have the sins of the late 70’s though the late 80’s, no SPF, stomping across my face and lips. Your hyper-pigmentation video has helped me get a handle on most of what is on my face. I’m really not sure what to do about the hyper pigmentation on the lips though. Do you have any suggestions? Hi Caroline, because of you I am a huge Zelens fan and also because of you, realised I had melasma (hormone treatments for long term migraines). I have accumulated over the past year Zelens Brightening Serum, Zelens 3t, Zelens Power D drops and Zelens 30 SPF amongst. I love them all. To resurface and try to treat my melasma I invested in DCL C Scape night booster, Dennis Gross alpha beta peel pads, Dennis Gross C+ collagen vitamin c serum, Dennis Gross retinol, Good Genes, Luna and KS deep tissue repair. While I am treating my melasma can I use any other treatment oil/serum in conjunction with the DCL and C+ serum? I hate to leave all of these other wonderful products by the wayside. I am guessing DCL and C+ need to go straight on to the skin with nothing underneath. But do I add anything other than moisturiser on top? I have asked this Q on Instagram/Twitter to Zelens/Dennis Gross but not getting any luck. Not sure how to layer with treatment products like DCL and C+. Thank you, always x

Shuk Yin Sorry to hear you are starting chemo. When I had it, I found my skin got very sensitive & very dehydrated and dry. Since everyone is different (some people have no real skin reaction during chemo) is to see how you react and add products as needed. I hope all goes well with your treatment.

Can you recommend a toothpaste without SLS? I have the same problem at the corners of my mouth, so when you talked about yours, it was like a light bulb moment, thank you. Hello, im not Ms. Hirons, but I also have the same problem like you. I've been using Sensodyne Daily Care Gentle Whitening toothpaste for over a month now, so far its good. Ingredients are Aqua, Hydrated Silica, Sorbitol, Glycerin, Pentasodium Triphosphate, Potassium Nitrate, PEG-6, Aroma, Titanium Dixoide, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Fluoride, Sodium Saccharin. Contains Sodium Fluoride 0.306% w/w (1400 ppm Fluoride). I don't know if all the sensodyne toothpastes are SLS free. xx

Hello Caroline. I have little white lumps under my skin around my mouth and chin area. If aggravated they can turn into an acne cyst. Sometimes they turn into a black head that stays for weeks, sometime they come to the surface a little swollen and I can squeeze it out and it’s completely gone, but they only occasionally come up. They stay there for weeks. Are these milia? I was unsure as they are not around the eyes. I have been using clay masks everyday. I have been taking fish oil for my acne for about two weeks, my acne has cleared up for now. And I have dry and dehydrated skin. Are you able to help?

TL;DR- I would love it if you could give some less expensive alternatives to Power D! I understand it likely won't be as good but anything's better than nothing. I got the power D in your most recent Cult Beauty box and it is restoring my skin barrier like I haven't seen since I was a teenager. I have sensitive, dehydrated, and acne-prone skin and the strength of acids/ retinol needed to keep the acne under control leads me to be perpetually red across my nose and cheeks. Incorporating power D into my routine twice-daily has almost completely removed my redness (!!!). I love this product dearly and will miss it so much when I run out. The markup on Zelens on the US website in addition to my current budget means I probably won't ever be able to repurchase this miracle worker. Please let me know if there are similar products I can look for at a lower pricepoint!

Morning Caroline, I am about to purchase the 3t complex cream on your recommendation and just wanted a little advice. I have recently introduced Estée Lauder anr serum to my nightly routine and wanted to know if the zelens cream would be ok over the top of the anr. I am 41 and want to start (a little late I know) really caring for my skin. Would the 3t complex cream be a good introduction to zelens. I don’t have a large budget but feel I want to spend a little more on my moisturiser. Thank you Caroline xx

The ANR may pill under 3t. They both contain silicones. xx

Ok so am Love love loving the zelens 3t complex moisturiser, the only thing is is that having used this for 3 days I have come out in a couple of whiteheads :-( should I continue and hope I don’t get any more, is it my skin getting used to the change of product, I would love your advice. That 3t moisturizer from your cult beauty box is like a holy grail for me. Devastated that it’s $200 in the US 😭 Even after the discount there’s no way I can use that as a daily nighttime moisturizer. Maybe one day I’ll be rich.

Caroline what's your opinion on citrus extracts & essential oils in skincare? I just saw the ingredients list of Z-22, so it made me curious. Also what about the sophisticated silicone part? Can you please link something that explains in detail? Same for skin biome. Really appreciate your videos, how you keep budget & unavailability in mind; I learn from you. Xoxo.

Hi Caroline, Thanks for such great info! I use the Vitamin A treatment drops and had been putting it on straight after cleansing and acid. I follow with serum etc but after watching this I’m wondering if it should be treated as an oil and used after serums etc? Also, can you layer the Vitamin A and D? Thanks 😊 Xx

A, C or D for 26 years old acnaic tight/dehydrated /oily skin/confused/easily disturbed skin? I’m thinking the spray, the pads and one of the ACD? X
