Thx so much for this bc I have been bullied physically and verbally since I was in 2nd grade. None of the teachers cared the were there for the money. 5th grade I became mute and that was making me anti social. 6th grade a girl pushed me off the stairs and I broke a bone. 7th grade I was diagnosed with Leukemia and my bestie moved away. I started to see a therapist and that was when things got better for me. I went from a depressed girl afraid to show herself to me now able to stand the bullies. I am a dancer and being in a group with skinny rich white girls isn’t easy after being body shamed. I’m not the type of person who likes to talk about feelings so with dance I was able to express my feelings. Fast forward now I’m a senior in high school with a boyfriend who I love and I got cured from Leukemia! Bullies flipped my life but it shaped who I am today. I actually helped my friend write a book called wake rise and smile. He is on tour and I am getting ready for college. I’m studying to speak publicly to schools to help them understand why bullying isn’t good at all. Wish me luck and good luck in your future everyone!
