You just nailed my daughter . She passed from mental upset and alcohol that ruined her life. I would have loved to have heard this message. I knew her suffering but not how to help her. It is like a knife in my heart.

Thank you. When I encounter a person who is struggling I say to myself there for the grace of god go I. I use to feel helpless with so most pain in the world. Now I say a silent prayer and feel like I am using my light.

I was told by a friend that my spiritual gift was mercy. How do I keep ego at bay? My child sees it as a weakness , she has more and a different way of helping. Effective but at times harsh . How do we communicate about what we observe as harsh or soft in each other.
