He was ready to cry on his way back to his side of the court. Awesome reaction from his Clippers teamates. And Carlisle was not wrong Butler willed the mavs to 15-20 regular season games on his own and was the whole reason they were in contention because he started the season in top form. He may not have logged the playoff minutes but he put in the work on the long path towards it.

People saying Butler did nothing...he helped the Mavs get a lot of key wins during the regular season before his injury! Now think of Adam Morrison before you ask what he has contributed in earning his ring. Also glad the Clips got butler and I believe soon enough that the Clips will earn there set of rings soon!

i guess it took so long because they wanted to present him with a ring in Dallas when they host the clippers. usually, in a regular season it would happen sooner, but with the lockout, teams don't aginast each other often and this is why they waited till now

fact is people just hate lebron because he's so good and they were mad to see their franchise walk away. the lakers are still a very good team without odom and allen, who is now 36, will only make the celtics marginally worse than they would have been anyway (still have pierce, kg, rising rondo, jason terry, etc). cavs meanwhile had jack shit because the owners were too dumb to bring any good players in.
