Carp Fishing - A Carpy Connection - AUTUMN SESSIONS 3 -The Syndicate.
Welcome back to the vlog. You join me on another short session on my syndicate. The nights are getting shorter and the fish are starting to slow down as the weather turns colder.
Fishing has been slow over the past month due to the severe flooding which has made most lakes inaccessible in our area. We maximise our time on the lakes with short overnight sessions in the hope of netting some of the stunning carp that reside in this lake.
I have created "A Carpy Connection" in the hope of bringing some quality, carpy content for you to watch. Bringing together my love of photography, videography and my passion for carp angling and putting all together for you to enjoy. In my vlogs i try to offer some carp fishing tips and techniques, fishing photography carp fishing rigs, and a few fish along the way.

When I'm fishing a fair way out i like to feel confident that my rigs are set properly hence the big eye ring swivel on the helicopter. Never had a tangle with it. Hi Robert TBH mate, I've had them for just over a year and they have started leaking. The material seems to loose its waterproof Ness after a while to. They are nice and comfortable for sitting around in. Especially in the summer when it's hot. I've gone back to my Vass waders now. 🎣😁👍

Hi Craig. I'm at Orchid Lakes as we speak filming the next vlog. Giving zigs a go. Not to confident though. Yes the syndicate has took a battering. I'm going to give it a week to settle again. I forgot I had that footage of star. Shame I didn't film it on my camera 🙁. I didn't get any drone footage. Not aloud to fly it there. The land owner doesn't like them. Cheers mate. Hopefully no fish got out. Luckily the otter fence should have stopped them. I'm using the Deception angling lead free leader. It's really light and supple. It's looking drier weather wise over the weekend but starting to get cold now. Conditions are deffinatly against us at the moment mate. 😁🎣🎣🎣👍

It is mate. Good build quality too. Not to heavy packed down either. The wrap is really light too. Not sure about Redhouse mate. Some guy had some gear stolen a few weeks back so I'm loathed to go there with all my camera gear. I will go back but no plans for the next couple of months. I'm going to concentrate on my syndicate and might do some day ticket waters like orchid and bluebell for a change.

Hi Josh. Thank you for your comment. I have 3 lenses I use. Tamron sp 24-70 f/2.8 VC OSD G2 , Tamron sp 17-35 f/2.8-4 Di OSD and Tamron 70-300 f/4-5.6 Di VC USD. All filmed on a Nikon D850. I also use a feelworld 5.5" monitor, rode shotgun mic all coupled to a smallrig cage. I hope this helps😁. I have subbed to your channel. Some good work on there.
