Welcome back to the channel. In this Vlog I am back on the very special JB Pool. We are definitely in the throws of Autumn now and Jb pool is looking as fantastic as ever. An overnight session throws up a couple of surprises and a welcome sight for my first vlog back in a while.

Hi Clive. Thanks for your comment mate. I really enjoyed that session. It all seemed to come together. The heavy rain in the night was a bit mental. Never know it to rain so hard when ive been out in a bivvy. The tempest stood up well though and kept me dry. The hinge stiff also did me proud. 😀🎣👍

Hi Darryl. Thanks for your comment mate. Glad you enjoyed the vlog. I use a Ronin RSC2 Gimbal with my A7Riii. Its quite light and easy to hold out at arms length. I also have a 17-28mm lens that i use at 17mm. Ive had plenty of practise editing over the past year 😂😂😂😀👍🎣

I currently have 18lb Syncro xt on my reels due to the lillies and weed. Cracking line. Very strong and abrasion resistent. I've just bought some shallow spools for my tournies and I'm waiting for some braid to turn up. Once it does I will switch to braid. 😁🎣👍

Hi Mark, always enjoy your vlogs, i am considering buying 3 Nash Pursuit rods in 3.25lb tc. as. I will be grateful if you can give me any info on these rods as you say you have got a set ( not sure whatTC you have) i am currently using Fox Horizon rods in 3lb tc which are now 12yts old so thought it is time to update my rods. Hi Chris. Thanks for your message. Yes, I do have a set of pursuits. Cracking rods. I owned a set when they first came out and loved them. Hence why I have bought a new set. Mine are 12ft 3.5tc. I also have the s&m rod to. Can't fault the performance or build quality. Im not a distance caster at all but they get me to where I need to be. 😁🎣👍

Hi Paul. Thanks for your comment. I don't have a clue mate. I know it used to hold some big fish back in the 80's and 90's. In regards to the current stock, that is something the Fishery manager might be able to answer. He has fished it for over 30 years. 😁👍🎣

Hi Mate. Thank you for your comment and also for watching the video. I said i had been baiting an area out in front of a different swim which i had been catching from. But as is always the case, Once you catch from a swim and post the pictures on the Club facebook page, People always move in on the area. This is another reason i chose to fish a different swim. The swim i fish in this film is a swim i have never fished before. Even so, just because i had been baiting an area, doesn't mean i would have known spots. Pre baiting can be done over a general area, sometimes the size of a tennis court, especially with large mounts of boillie. Cheers, Mark👍🎣😀
