Nicely done, a lot of different fish would hit that. I've gone off the deep end this week and I have been building my own dynamic custom dubbing brushes. Thanks.

Looks great for panfish and small bass! It also seems like a good stocked trout and brook trout fly! Different sizes will probably catch different types of fish, great fly. I suggest putting on another strand of worm material to make it look like their is two worms kind of like how a crayfish has two claws.

Yeah good thinking with the two worms/claws thing. Could work yeah!

Does the fly ride hook up? I've been thinking about getting some 60* jig hooks and slotted beads to tie some nymphs similar to balanced leeches to fish in Stillwater under an indicator

Yes it does

I think if your aquarium fish were big enough they would have taken it! No doubt. They were chasing.

HAHA for sure! Its enticing for fish I think! I tested out one of my dry flies the other day, it was a size 26... a few times I had to yank it out of the water in fear of the fish trying to eat it. HAHA Gotta start testing my small dries in my sink now! LOL

How much does it cost you to run the channel and but materials per-month? Just want to bring some awareness to your needs. I would be sad to see you go but understand if you do. I wonder if each subscriber gave at least $1 a month, how much of a difference would it make?
@McFlyAngler6 жыл бұрын
Well costs are random. I usually spend $100-200 in materials, leaders, flies, etc. then when going for trips I have to pay gas, fees etc... SD cards, external hard drives etc, usually in the $250 every 2-3 months, and recently my computer I was using to edit just crashed on me and I had to drop $3200 on a new one... one that can do 4K editing which I’ve been trying to do on my old computer which killed it. So yeah, the channel is kinda expensive, and I have 15,000+ subscribers, so $1 From each of them would be more than enough, in fact that would be enough easily to quit my other job, and not be working 100-120 hours a week between the two. I could focus more on the channel and make better videos. But..... I don’t expect everyone to donate, in fact I don’t expect anyone to donate. I appreciate the ones who do very much though!
